Friendly staff but unfortunately they are working with inferior coffee beans. I found our drinks strong on the flavor portion which made us not finish even a third of them before tossing them. We dined next door at Crepe Paulette and although they have coffee, I wanted something frou-frou and popped into Heroes coffee. This is one the cutest coffee shops I have ever been into. You can sit at bar stools and watch the coffee beans being roasted or when you round the corner, you can enjoy the cozy seating area or climb the ladder for tabletop seating which also affords you great views of the roastery. Their coffee is so good, I came by two days in a row! The first day I enjoyed the rose pistachio latte and the next day I sipped the honey salted caramel latte and both were delicious! I love that heroes coffee is a local biz & originally based out of my hometown area - Springfield Missouri. The location is great - in the middle of Bentonville and they have a walk up window which is very handy in the midst of Covid. I've had hit and miss coffee here in the past, but I have been ordering coffee here for the past few months and it is great. The customer service is always outstanding. They offer a selection of bakery items that are created in house. You can smell the wafting aroma of blueberries and pastry baking when they open the pick up window. I love that I can call ahead and my coffee is ready at the walk up window. All I have to do is push the doorbell. Also, they have a cart at 72 W. near the high school. Thank you Heroes! read more

This was our to go coffee place while staying in Bentonville. I highly recommend to get your coffee from here. The coffee is very velvety, nutty and flavorful. You can choose from medium to mild roast and they also offer a variety of milk options (with some added cost for some options). They also have a breakfast menu we haven't tried but it's great. You can order online but I would recommend just to go and order your drink. As when they get busy it can get a little disorganized. The first day we ordered our drinks and we came to pick up they made us wait 10 min because they didn't communicate among staff that our drinks were actually already ready for pick up. Instead different ppl told us that they are making our drink (thinking the person in charge of online order will make it). After waiting this long and ppl coming in after us getting their coffee before us. Someone actually checked on our order and realized they have been made long time ago. But we had no problem when we ordered in person the next day! read more

OMG this place is SO COOL!! They have seats that are like shelves and you can sit on top like a loft. I came here after visiting the Walmart museum down the street and it was a pleasant surprise! I'm not really much of a coffee drinker so I got the hot chocolate. It's not like any other hot chocolate Ive had and in a good way. It's not as sweet, more bitter and I would compare it to like a dark chocolate. People I came with also had good words for their coffee. They said it was on the sweet side though. This is a very unique shop, I love the stacked booths in the back and the cozy set up. I stopped in for coffee when it wasn't too busy and really enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. What I love about NWA is its variety of coffee shops. I have a lot more variety to try, and a lot more excuse to avoid Starbucks to fulfill my coffee needs. But, with this variety, it is starting to be difficult differentiating one coffee shop to another since we are just talking about coffee. The difference is very nuanced. Heroes coffee falls into a category that I did not find anything bad about it and nothing that makes it stand out. I got the Hero coffee thinking that that is their specialty. I really did not have anything bad to say about it probably because I completely forgot on how it was. Price wise, it was within the price range of other coffee joint. It definitely taste like coffee unlike the one that I had over at 7 Brews that just brew almond milk. When I went here on Saturday morning, it was packed. It took me a while to get my coffee so maybe that somewhat lowered my experience. Other than that, I really do not have anything notable to say about this place. Heroes coffee is the plain Jane of coffee shops that I have been too. Maybe I just have not spent more time with her. She could be wilder, crazier, or nicer than others, but for the time I spent with her, I have nothing to note aside that she is neither good nor bad. She is just alright. read more

Negative reviews are always based off some negative experience. The place and coffee are great, but the customer service was terrible. The two girls working today were like robots. They looked mad to be at work. I really hope they aren't like that everyday, but even if you're having a bad day you should be able to be nice to customers for 30 seconds.
