Had not been here before and had to attend JQ Hammond for and event and stopped in for a quick coffee to try them out. Staff was very kind and informative as I am for from having a deep knowledge of coffee. I just love a good black drip coffee. If the new one opening up by Smokn Joes is half as nice as accommodating as the one on Horse Shoe I will be a everyday customer! read more

So I've given this place multiple tries and really want to like it because I'd rather support local than national chains, but I just can't anymore. Of the many times I've been, I think I was only truly satisfied maybe once. My last straw was stopping by to get an iced medium blondie, which is coffee based with vanilla and caramel... or so I thought since it's under the 7 brew original portion of the menu and says with vanilla and caramel swirl. Well, what I got was basically iced sweetened half and half with a tiny bit of caramel at the bottom. I saw the girl making it pouring half and half thinking it seemed like a lot, but they are the experts, not me. So I didn't think anything of it until I was handed my drink and I pointed out the white color right away and asked if they remembered the coffee. I was informed that it probably didn't taste much like coffee because I got a size medium and the smalls and medium have the same amount of coffee in them so they're going to taste different. Really??? I don't think that is accurate and if it is, that's disappointing that the size I order matters in this case. Now that I read other reviews, I'm not the first to receive a cup of sweetened milk either. The staff was nice and offered that I could get an extra shot for just .75 cents more..... yeah after paying $5 for sweetened iced milk I'll pass on paying you more in hopes of making the drink I ordered taste somewhat drinkable. I'll also be passing on giving this place any more tries too. I've experienced a few too many failures for them to have simply been mistakes every time! read more

This place is a neat concept! Fast, drive thru only coffee and assorted beverages. I've had the iced americano and a few of the more specialty drinks. All of which are good. The employees are always energetic, kind and very timely. They are building a new one in bentonville I think. read more

7 Brew Coffee - This is how you pay - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

You should TOTALLY put a 7 Brew in Cassville Mo. You would get so much Business from not only Cassville but Roaring River, Shell knob, Washburn, Exeter, Purdy, Eagle Rock, Wheaton, Table Rock Lake, and Monett. In Fact, people Love it so much They drive all the way to Arkansas just to get it! We would all be able to come more frequently with the shorter drive! read more

First time stopping by. I tried the smooth 7, which was recommended by the polite fella they came running out to my car to take my order when the line had 3 cars in it. I was so impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff, but the true winner was the coffee. It was incredible, smooth and delicious. It's so refreshing to get a coffee that isn't burnt and bitter. Thank 7B I have found my new coffee stop! read more

Decided to try this place instead of going to Onyx or Kennedy my two go-to coffee spots in NWA. I wish that 7Brews could of eventually made that list because neither Onyx/Kennedy do not have a drive thru. Unfortunately my experience here was not a pleasant one. I came by on a busy Friday morning and ordered 2-Vanilla Lattes, a very common typical coffee shop beverage. When I took my first sip I could not believe how milky it was. I thought maybe it's just the residual foam sitting on top. So I took the lid off and was baffled when I saw that it was all steamed milk sweetened beyond belief with absolutely ZERO espresso!! I paid $11 with tip for two drinks that I had to throw away after just two sips of hot sweet milk. I hope that one day they can get it together. I won't be back anytime soon! read more

Update: Adding one star thanks to fantastic customer service this morning. Employees are encouraged and empowered to do the right thing and this is really hard to find these days! We love their drinks! Everyone is friendly and service is super fast. We do not love being interrogated every time we stop in... They've obviously been trained to small talk with customers while they wait, and I get it. Better customer service, etc. But on the other hand, some people don't want to answer 5 questions when they haven't had their morning coffee fix. I've even tried shutting them down with short answers but that results in more questions. If I wanted to tell you which room in my house I was painting that morning AND what color we were painting it, I would have volunteered that info when you asked what I was doing that day (yes, this really happened). Dial the small talk back just one notch, please! read more

What a wonderful experience the two times I have dropped by for a Snickerz iced coffee. Amazing friendly service!!! Try it! read more

7 Brew Coffee - Iced Snikers - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

Wow! Went to their grand opening today and they were giving away free coffee. I got a large iced smooth 7. It's amazing. HUGE serving size. Everyone there was extremely friendly and had excellent customer service. I can't wait to visit them regularly! read more

7 Brew Coffee - Large, iced, Smooth 7. Seriously, I can barely hold it because it's so big. It's delicious! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

I wasn't expecting a lot from a drive-thru coffee joint. I'm currently drinking an Iced Blondie. Super smooth and delicious, perfect ratio of coffee to caramel syrup. Yum! Super friendly baristas. I will definitely be back. read more

7 Brew Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Rogers, Arkansas

7 Brew Coffee. The only coffee shop I've been to that doesn't serve actual coffee and only offers espresso drinks. The alternative for true coffee fans is their americano which unfortunately is quite weak and watery. The staff, incredibly friendly! Very helpful, nice and a pleasure to interact with. The dual drive up window is super convenient, but sadly does not make up for the fact that they don't have drip coffee. Bolder Coffee is right down the street and definitely worth a visit. read more

I want to love this place because of the concept and the convenience of a double drive thru coffee shop, but I just can't. We ordered an iced latte and an iced mocha and they were both gross. Full of milk and couldn't even taste the coffee, we had to throw both of them away. I never waste coffee, but I didn't feel bad because I'm not sure there was any in my drink. I will probably go back in a couple of months and try again. For now, I will stick to our other local coffee shops. read more

Best baristas in history! Soooo helpful! Drinks are great! Love their punch card. Lots of Keto options. The only thing that would make it better is if they had eco friendly straws and biodegradable cups. read more

Vanilla latte are the best here. Not too sweet - just perfect. Better than Starbucks IMO. It's a stand alone coffee drive thru and gets the job done right. To speed things up they even have someone taking orders outside. Great coffee, fast and friendly service - exactly what I am looking for on the go. read more

It seems 7 Brew has worked out a lot of the kinks that were driving some of the lower ratings. My only complaint as of this writing is that they need to fix the menu. The menu should be further out so those of us who like to change it up and/or are indecisive can see some new choices before we get right up to the window. This applies to all locations. Other than that 7 Brew seems to be rolling right along now. I love the hot chocolates! read more

Best coffee EVER. And phenomenal customer service. Only bad thing about this place is I've become addicted to stopping there every morning before work! Good thing they have stamp cards.. every 10 stamps, FREE coffee read more

Sat in line for 20 minutes without moving. There was one guy inside making coffee for both lanes while one of the workers (long haired blonde) just stood at the drive thru window laughing and talking with the customer at the window. It was infuriating since there were 6 cars deep on both sides. I've heard the coffee is great but the service is way too slow. read more

Jason was awesome!! Love their coffee and his customer service was great. Definitely would recommend.

He best iced coffee I've ever had! The German chocolate is my go to. The even have hand crafted sodas and smoothies. Something for everyone and it's better than Starbucks! read more

Love this place. Just moved to Rogers and this is what I was most excited about have tried the blondie and some of their seasonal drinks and I highly recommend them ALL. Love this place! The staff is very friendly and always super helpful if your not sure what to order. I love the endless types of drinks because they allow you to add flavoring to any drink on the menu! I recommend the BLACKBERRY MOCHA its so tasty! :) read more

If you live in NWA and love coffee or smoothies you HAVE to try this place! Positive vibes, passionate workers who genuinely care about you, and incredible drinks you can't find elsewhere. Give them one try and you'll leave the national chains behind! read more

We visited last Sunday. Had large snickez chiller. Oh my gosh, it was so good. Could taste the expresso in it which was wonderful. The staff was so upbeat and friendly you couldn't help but smile. They are opening another one in August in Bentonville, which will be much closer to where we live. More visits on the way. Yum. Try a local business rather than going to Starbucks. You won't be sorry. If you want a great refreshment there is now a 7 Brews in Rogers and Bentonville. Don't miss either of these locations. It is quick service and very friendly staff. read more

I've ordered coffee here several times, and it never tastes like coffee. I'm not sure what the ingredients are, as that's mysteriously left off of the website. They often get my order wrong, I'm lactose intolerant and always order with soy or almond milk, and have to watch through the window to make sure they don't use cow's milk. Unfortunately, they've only gotten it correct 1 out of the several times I've been there. Positive, the staff is very friendly. That's helps when they continue to get my order incorrect. Stick with Kennedy and Onyx. read more

It's definitely good...reminds me of Starbucks. Friendly staff raised the star rating for sure. It's a fancy facility for a drive through and was busy but didn't have to wait too long. No latte art though and I'm spoiled by Onyx and Brewed Awakening so very picky on taste...I'd go back if in this neighborhood and in need of a coffee fix for sure! read more

As a rule, I only stop by 7 Brew when there is a line. Every time I do go, however, I am impressed by the quickness with which my drink is made. My go-to drink is the iced chai. Goodness it is good! And a large is much more reasonably priced than national chains. This is a nice and easy way to get my coffee fix and I'm happy to support some where local! read more

Amazing coffee and friendly staff. LOVE their sugar free Blonde. No worries if there is a line, with the duel drive through and employees that come out to take your order, it moves fast! read more

The employees there are always super nice and friendly. They seem to really enjoy their job. The coffee is amazing. I like they have the double drive through so you don't have a long wait at all. Keep up the great work and awesome coffee read more

Love 7B! Convenient location, friendly staff, my favorite drink of theirs is an iced blondie. Will be returning often!

I love 7 Brew! Really great coffee, however, sadly, I was going through on my lunch break at the one by the mall and the young girl was pretty rude. She did not seem like she wanted to be there, just over all annoyed. I also caught her rolling her eyes when I was starting a conversation. I do not know if I will be going to that 7 Brew. Very disappointing. read more

First time going and it is way better than Starbucks. Staff is very friendly and fast. I deffanetly recommend.

The coffee is good, but definitely not a place to go for a 'quick cup of coffee.' 3 cars ahead of me and 15 mins later I have a delicious latte. read more

Went through today for the first time and had the most wonderful experience. I unfortunately forgot to ask what the young lady's name was, she was so pleasant and recommended a great coffee. I love their coffee! I love their prices! I don't like they are not on our side of town. So I don't get their coffee as often as I would like. Still if I am close I do get a treat. I don't get many fancy blends but usually vanilla ice coffee or vanilla hot Americana coffee so the coffee needs to stand alone AND IT DOES! Love love love it. Try it you will like it. read more

Pretty good drinks and pleasant employees. The service was MUCH faster than most cafes (especially starbucks or similar locations). Only complaint is that they don't have straight black coffee (that's how I usually like my coffee). The closest you can get a black americano. What I've tried from there is great and the speed of service is amazing. If you're in a rush this is probably you're best bet. I haven't had to wait for more that a minute when they've made anything for me, even during rush hour. I definitely recommend that you at least try it. read more

I love 7brew I have always had great experiences, always. The staff is always amazing and friendly and I love talking to them about my day. If I have my dogs with me they offer a pupcup on the house which I think is super sweet so all 3 of my dogs come with me when we go and I choose them out of every other coffee place even though I am closer to Scooters I choose them because they really care about my service dog, I am a disabled veteran. well I thought they did until today! I came across the first grumpy staff that I encountered at any 7 brew, she was rude! I asked about the pupcups for my pups which has never been a problem before. She whispers to her coworker you need to charge them 3.00 for those they aren't free very bratty like! She didn't talk to us at all while we waited got an attitude about our order because we had quite a large order as we always do. I am so disappointed today, why hire someone that doesn't like their job and has an attitude and why has every other staff always given us free pupcups, why have we not been charged before? Its literally whipped cream and a bone. I think 7brew may be getting a little big and lost their customer atmosphere and that makes me sad. I guess I will go to scooters from now on where they give us free dog bones and have happy staff that welcomes us with open arms and I will spend my 20 dollars or more a day there. very disappointed! read more

I find that the friendly service is consistent every time at 7 Brew, particularly the 52nd street location. It is important that a business is intentional with its customers and never leaves a customer feeling like they are a burden on the staff for requesting service. Since I visit 7 Brew frequently early in the morning, I am happy to have talkative and kind people greeting me and making my drinks at the start of my day. It really does make a difference in my day, but further makes me want to return to the business. The drinks are always well made, the service is quick, and the staff is energetic and this has been true of every location I have visited. I visited 7 Brew on the kickoff day during the summer time and I knew that this business would be unique. I also just really like their slogan of cultivating kindness particularly because they do accomplish that task so well consistently. The idea of a drive thru coffee place is convenient and adds nice variety to the local coffee stop options, and 7 Brew is my choice frequently! Also the iced blondie rocks read more
