Plus I love to support local peeps! I am so glad we found Confident Coffee! First of all, I just looked for what was close and this was it... not to far off the freeway. However I feel like unless you know it's there, strangers to this area would definitely not see it. It's a hidden gem in a quiet plaza (at least on a Sunday afternoon) that didn't have many people around. I honestly couldn't tell if it it was open at first but luckily it was! Ohhhh I felt like we hit the coffee jackpot! The place was adorable! I loved the cell decor, the love plants, the cool vibes of the place and I knew I was going to get great coffee. They sold local syrups and cute items besides coffee and pastries. I ordered my drink which is 3 shots of espresso, a couple pumps of caramel sauce in it and a 2 oz of half and half. My daughters ordered caramel latte and a blueberry latte. They were made perfectly and the staff were amazing: beautiful, friendly and fun! I also loved that they had made a little box to write special notes to seniors in the area! I wish we had this in Texas because we would definitely be regulars

The shop is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, making it a really pleasant place to relax, sit down, and enjoy your drink. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, which made the experience even better, especially for a first visit. They were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I also loved the variety of items they offer. It is not just a typical coffee stop, there are so many options to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. Everything felt well curated and intentional. Overall, this coffee shop exceeded our expectations and made a lasting impression on us. I honestly wish we had a location like this in California because it would quickly become a regular spot for us. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area and highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this coffee shop was deeply troubling…read more My brother has Down syndrome and was employed there. Recently he was treated unfairly and dismissively simply because he didn't fully understand or use the "woke" language they seemed to expect. He was forced to quit by the company because he wouldn't call people partners instead of friends. Instead of showing patience, kindness, and respect--which should be the bare minimum in any service business--the staff singled him out, embarrassed him, and ultimately made him feel unwelcome. Watching someone with a disability be discriminated against in this way was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. Coffee shops are supposed to be warm, inclusive spaces where people feel comfortable. What happened here was the opposite. Regardless of personal views or buzzwords, every person deserves dignity, especially someone who may struggle to navigate complicated social expectations. Until management takes accountability and trains their employees in genuine inclusivity, compassion, and disability awareness, I cannot recommend this place. There are many other cafés that manage to serve great coffee and treat all customers with basic humanity.

That's on top of all the other sales tax added on. After all that they didn't even give me what I ordered. Without asking me, or even clarifying, they gave me a flat white instead of a cappuccino. The drink wasn't even any good. I don't know why people would come to this coffee shop.
