Wow! Plenty of parking, plus a drive thru! Lots of seating for dif sized groups. Super cute, uplifting and energizing layout and ambiance. The service is absolutely wonderful, everyone is a good mood and it's contagious! The food is DIVINE!! Try the Caribbean wrap!!! So good!! Best wrap I've ever had in my life. Menu with options for everyone, even me, a very picky eater. Prices are very affordable, and food is just stellar. Very worth it. Highly recommend. Must try!! read more

Great smoothie and the service was really really quick. Tasted like it was advertised.

Ordered 2 toasted snack rolls and not only did it take way too long but both snack rolls came out with cold chicken in them.

Caribbean chicken wrap is pretty good, had some sweet and spicy, and 8 bucks isn't too bad. Pineapple salsa was great, but I wish there'd been a little more. Sunrise sunset smoothie was also really good, and good god, it never ends. Idk what kind of black magic they must cast on their smoothies, but I've been here twice, and even if I'm sipping for 5 straight minutes, I haven't even made a dent in the volume. So it'll last you a good hour if you savor it. Food came quickly, maybe 7 minutes for 2 people. Employee was really nice and gave me recommendations. read more

My job just ordered catering through this location and it was amazing!! So fresh and delicious, it left me wanting more! I got the chicken pesto sandwich, a strawberry kiwi smoothie, and a bag of kettle cooked bbq chips. They usually get something like tacos which is always so heavy and greasy, not the case with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I felt full and as I said fresher than other options around town. Specifically regarding catering I really appreciated how they packaged the smoothies in boxes with ice, very smart and kept everything cool for hours! Definitely recommend for lunch or to cater your next event/meeting. read more

Cute cafe. Waited way longer than I thought I should have had to for a couple of smoothies. The team working was doing everything. Taking orders, making food, blending drinks. There was about 4-5 tables full in the whole place. But the drive through line was busy. Don't drop in if you are in a hurry. Drinks were good, fresh and cold. read more

Worst movie ever. It's like they forgot to put sugar in it. Something is definitely missing it's actually tart with no sweetness. Ordered a Bahama mama and a paradise point. Both missing something. Couldn't quite figure it out. Had already left land on way back to Oklahoma so we couldn't return to have them remake it. Very disappointing. read more

the food is always made correctly and rather fast. they have a very quick team and the employees are always kind so the service is great in my opinion. I have a lot of food allergies so I always have to ask for my food to be made specially and they are always nice about it and flexible. read more

Excellent service at the Rogers location! The employee who took my order graciously remade another entree for me when I realized that "I" mistakenly ordered the wrong item even after telling them to please not worry about it. They went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied with my experience. The employee was a dark haired male with a beard, I unfortunately didn't catch his name. read more

Love this Trop Smoothie Location, Always Clean, Always Friendly and helpful. We were helped by Kayleigh and she recommended amazing smoothies and wraps. And even a sugar free option for our toddler who has special restrictions. Great experience! read more

This location always takes way longer than you would of thought to get your smoothie. Even if you are the only one in line.

Awesome service to accompany our awesome smoothies. Love this place. Always consistent with texture and preparation of smoothies and employees are always super friendly. Come and give them some business. read more

Went in looking for a smoothie and came out with 2 smoothies and a Caribbean jerk bowl. The employees there were nice and the atmosphere was very quiet. Both of our smoothies are delicious and creamy. My husband got the new almond milk smooth with strawberry granola and I got the avacolada. I love avacado so this is exactly what i was looking for and it's soo yummy! So if you want a quick and healthy date night try them out! read more

Want the wrong order? You're in the right place then! Went for a quick and healthy lunch option. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and a sunrise sunset. Lady at the drive through asked me a second time what I ordered so I told her again, turkey bacon ranch sandwich and sunrise sunset. Paid and then was given my smoothie and a grilled cheese sandwich. Told them I ordered something else and she asked me again what I ordered. Had to wait another 5 minutes in the drive through while they made what I originally ordered. She gave that to me and when I get back to the office I have a chicken cheese and lettuce flatbread. If you can't get it right the first time, maybe you should learn how to at least on the second try? Just a thought, shouldn't take three tries to get one order correct. Hey at least they got the banana for my side correct! read more

I'm a loyal smoothie junkie! Great options for a snack or meal replacement! They are a little pricey but they often send coupons in the mail! read more

Got a sunset something, added flaxseed and it was horrible. It was so watered down with ice, the smoothie had NO flavor. I suggest adding more fruit or something to give these things a taste. My whole smoothie went into the trash. read more

This place is great. I feel like NWA is lacking in good smoothie/juice places. This place doesn't have juices, but it does have great smoothies. Well, I can at least vouch for one of the smoothies, since I have only been here once, but I plan on visiting more. I just did the drive thru, which is really convenient and fast. I ordered the Island Green (Spinach, Kale, Mango, Pineapple & Banana) and it was yummy. However, it is high in sugar and carbs , so just be aware when you order these items because they aren't always health food, but they are obviously better than most fast food out there. It was low in calories though, but most of the smoothies aren't. Anyways, I will definitely be coming back! read more

Bland and Lil flavor goes a long ways. Anyways clean place to eat if u don't have taste buds or ur not a man lol good luck

Just visited the new Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Rogers, AR. next to the Embassy Suites Hotel. Apparently they haven't even had the "grand opening" yet, so I wasn't sure what to expect from the experience. Very happy to say that the food was excellent and the service was top notch! I ordered the chipotle club which was DELICIOUS and the smoothie I tried was great! It's so nice to have a healthy option with fast service located so near to my office. I highly recommend you try it out. - I will definitely be a regular at this new venue! read more

Definitely one of the best places to get your smoothie on. I love the variety of flavors and healthy options. One of my absolute favorite, never disappointed and always hits the spot smoothies is the Bahama Mama read more

My coworkers as well as the workers at our sister company buy a lot of smoothies and food from this place. 2 of my co-workers ordered smoothies and were given the wrong one. They didn't realize till they got to work and finally tasted it. Then one co-worker went back to get a salad yesterday and told the girl behind the counter that she had been given a wrong smoothie that morning and the girl said, "well what do you want me to do about it?" The girl was incredibly rude. My co-worker said, "did you really just say that to me?" She then asked for her supervision and the girl said there was no supervisor there. This experience is making us think twice before going there again. And that sucks cause it's walking distance to our work. read more

Review for 3/21/2012 Service: Fast and they had lots of employees working at that time (later afternoon) Smoothies: We ordered the Blimey Limey smoothie and the Acai Smoothie! Both were delicious! The blimey limey has a very lemony taste to it reminds me of lemonade. The Acai smoothie was better than I thought! I like this one more than the blimey limey because it was more sweet and just had different mixtures of other berries in it! Both smoothies had a just enough sweetness in it that wants me to go back and try their other smoothies! Environment: Love the setting inside and has a small table and chairs just for kids. There are also outside seats with table umbrellas over them which is nice! Will try this place again very soon! read more

Go all the time. Most times are good. Last time it was not blended well--tons of chunks.

My wife and I went here and got a smoothie each I thought they were good she did also There not as good as what I make at home with my Vita-mix but will do when I out running through the area There a little pricey though so I'll probably be back when in the neighborhood read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would in a heartbeat! Absolutely terrible service! The employees are rude and spend most of their times talking to each other or on their cell phones ignoring customers in the process. They also must think that their customers are deaf and cannot hear their incredibly inappropriate conversations. I was there when the owner (he happens to be the owner of all three locations in NWA) was there and he was incredibly rude and obviously clueless to how a place of business should be run! Tropical Smoothie claims to be a healthy option, but their employees are the exact opposite of healthy. Many of them congregate close to the drive thru and smoke (definitely not a healthy image). I was also there when an employee brought alcohol onto the premises and mixed it with his own smoothie (apparently he thinks customers are stupid and blind). The food is overpriced and the quality is okay... if they even get your order right. It's hard for me to believe that they have three locations because it is so poorly run. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location or any of the others in NWA unless it has different management/ownership. read more

I've been to a few smoothie places around town and this one is up to par. Their variety is great for me and my family. I really enjoy the add-ons as well to boost our smoothies. Delicious flavors and you know everything that's going into the smoothie before hand so you can customize if need be! read more

Large size for a smoothie, but they are good. Not too sweet and not too tart. I got the grab and goji.

Pretty good smoothie. I got the Paradise Point, it tastes great and the service was decent.

Great smoothies. Their food is hit or miss. But I love their limited time only Chia Roasted Banana Smoothie. Thankful they have a drive thru! read more

Great smoothies. I always order the same smoothie, but with extra peanut butter. This place actually puts the extra peanut butter in. Some of the other TSCs don't and then tell me they did. My response is that I'm not going to waste an extra $1.50 for an ingredient that doesn't make it taste differently. They are consistently well made at this location and I've never had to wait long. read more

I used to love this place but I stopped going by because the quality of their food just hasn't been good for months. The employees always seem new and untrained as well. Thought I'd give them another try and today tried a new ginger miso chicken bowl and paradise smoothie. As usual the smoothie tasted good. The chicken was horrible. Big pieces of fat and gristle mixed in the salad about made me throw up my lunch. Their food quality has officially dropped to "disgusting" for me and I won't be back. read more

I've driven past this place several times and never have stopped. It's a bit out of the way from any other quick eateries really for a place I'd consider for lunch. I always thought it was just smoothies but found out they have a variety of sandwiches and salads too. I had somewhat a run of the mill turkey sandwich and it was good. I didn't opt for a smoothie but will plan on running through the drive thru sometime in the near future. read more

TERRIBLE service. I've never had one good experience, they are so rude and take forever... Everyone that works there acts like they don't want to be there and it always puts me in a bad mood whenever I eat here. read more

I have been a loyal customer to tropical smoothie for a few years. I have no problem with their smoothies or their food, their terrible customer service is what will keep me from the establishment.
