Caribbean chicken wrap is pretty good, had some sweet and spicy, and 8 bucks isn't too bad. Pineapple salsa was great, but I wish there'd been a little more. Sunrise sunset smoothie was also really good, and good god, it never ends. Idk what kind of black magic they must cast on their smoothies, but I've been here twice, and even if I'm sipping for 5 straight minutes, I haven't even made a dent in the volume. My job just ordered catering through this location and it was amazing!! So fresh and delicious, it left me wanting more! I got the chicken pesto sandwich, a strawberry kiwi smoothie, and a bag of kettle cooked bbq chips. They usually get something like tacos which is always so heavy and greasy, not the case with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I felt full and as I said fresher than other options around town. Specifically regarding catering I really appreciated how they packaged the smoothies in boxes with ice, very smart and kept everything cool for hours! Want the wrong order? You're in the right place then! Went for a quick and healthy lunch option. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and a sunrise sunset. Lady at the drive through asked me a second time what I ordered so I told her again, turkey bacon ranch sandwich and sunrise sunset. Paid and then was given my smoothie and a grilled cheese sandwich. Told them I ordered something else and she asked me again what I ordered. Had to wait another 5 minutes in the drive through while they made what I originally ordered. She gave that to me and when I get back to the office I have a chicken cheese and lettuce flatbread. If you can't get it right the first time, maybe you should learn how to at least on the second try? Just a thought, shouldn't take three tries to get one order correct. This place is great. I feel like NWA is lacking in good smoothie/juice places. This place doesn't have juices, but it does have great smoothies. Well, I can at least vouch for one of the smoothies, since I have only been here once, but I plan on visiting more. I just did the drive thru, which is really convenient and fast. I ordered the Island Green (Spinach, Kale, Mango, Pineapple & Banana) and it was yummy. However, it is high in sugar and carbs , so just be aware when you order these items because they aren't always health food, but they are obviously better than most fast food out there. It was low in calories though, but most of the smoothies aren't. Anyways, I will definitely be coming back! read more

Just visited the new Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Rogers, AR. next to the Embassy Suites Hotel. Apparently they haven't even had the "grand opening" yet, so I wasn't sure what to expect from the experience. Very happy to say that the food was excellent and the service was top notch! I ordered the chipotle club which was DELICIOUS and the smoothie I tried was great! It's so nice to have a healthy option with fast service located so near to my office. My coworkers as well as the workers at our sister company buy a lot of smoothies and food from this place. 2 of my co-workers ordered smoothies and were given the wrong one. They didn't realize till they got to work and finally tasted it. Then one co-worker went back to get a salad yesterday and told the girl behind the counter that she had been given a wrong smoothie that morning and the girl said, "well what do you want me to do about it?" The girl was incredibly rude. My co-worker said, "did you really just say that to me?" She then asked for her supervision and the girl said there was no supervisor there. This experience is making us think twice before going there again. And that sucks cause it's walking distance to our work. read more

Review for 3/21/2012 Service: Fast and they had lots of employees working at that time (later afternoon) Smoothies: We ordered the Blimey Limey smoothie and the Acai Smoothie! Both were delicious! The blimey limey has a very lemony taste to it reminds me of lemonade. The Acai smoothie was better than I thought! I like this one more than the blimey limey because it was more sweet and just had different mixtures of other berries in it! Both smoothies had a just enough sweetness in it that wants me to go back and try their other smoothies! Environment: Love the setting inside and has a small table and chairs just for kids. If I could give this place negative stars I would in a heartbeat! Absolutely terrible service! The employees are rude and spend most of their times talking to each other or on their cell phones ignoring customers in the process. They also must think that their customers are deaf and cannot hear their incredibly inappropriate conversations. I was there when the owner (he happens to be the owner of all three locations in NWA) was there and he was incredibly rude and obviously clueless to how a place of business should be run! Tropical Smoothie claims to be a healthy option, but their employees are the exact opposite of healthy. Many of them congregate close to the drive thru and smoke (definitely not a healthy image). I was also there when an employee brought alcohol onto the premises and mixed it with his own smoothie (apparently he thinks customers are stupid and blind). The food is overpriced and the quality is okay... if they even get your order right. It's hard for me to believe that they have three locations because it is so poorly run. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location or any of the others in NWA unless it has different management/ownership. read more

Great smoothies. I always order the same smoothie, but with extra peanut butter. This place actually puts the extra peanut butter in. Some of the other TSCs don't and then tell me they did. My response is that I'm not going to waste an extra $1.50 for an ingredient that doesn't make it taste differently.
