The ordering process was unfortunately the most confusing out of any bowl style restaurant I've tried. There was very little information on how to "build your own" and barely anything was labeled. The one complaint was that the menu is not easy to read/figure out when it comes to building your own bowl. Have to downgrade from the last time based on the experience a few moments ago.......Completely screwed up my order this time. My wife specifically requested dressing on the side, and that the salad not be mixed. The salad was completely covered dressing and mixed by a person who spoke virtually no English. As a result, the avocado cannot be split in 2 for consumption with the rest of the salad at a later time. When she requested a receipt was told that there was no paper left to print one. I do have to say , that I love the salads and wraps. But is sad that's a restaurant that doesn't follow the law. I love a "make your own" salad place. And this was no exception. Lots of ingredients, fresh, and fast. Service is just as expected, ok, they put in what you want and move to the next, but they do have a system to move quickly. Salad was great but the price a bit expensive, as it seems to be with all these salad bar places. Each time we hope for a better experience from the staff. The food is always consistent but unfortunately, so is the less than impressive attitude - ignoring customers even when you specifically address them or ask a question, snarky looks/ smirks/comments, moving like sloths and the drink counter was a dirty, soggy mess. 2 of the 4 staff not really doing anything and certainly not concerned about cleaning. *4 employees were present last visit - 1 woman always appears to be working in the rear kitchen and the others seem to think that work is optional ‍ The last two times I walked in and was the only customer ordering, the employee at the food, prep counter turned and walked away from me. I even asked her if I could place an order and she didn't bother turning around or speaking to me until she decided she was ready. Nothing better to do but customer service was not high on her list. I got the Seoul Bowl, which was amazing and the wife did the Cinco de Light and she was all smiles. Very fresh ingredients and pretty darn quick service. One of my favorite restaurants in NWA. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I can't be out here eating greasy cakes or meats. This is one of my safe restaurants that I can always trust to be clean and filling. I do have to say, it's always super loud inside for some reason like... the music choice that you're subjected to while ordering inside is pretty awful but the outside seating is so lovely that I cant hardly care.
