Nothing is fried so you don't need to worry about anything being greasy, it's all very fresh and cleanly prepared. The restaurant itself was very clean also. Bathroom was clean just basic.

Do you like a good burger? I'd put them easily in the top 5 in Fayetteville and probably my favorite based on proximity to my house. Do you like a Ribeye? The N.A.T.O Grilled Ribeye is a beast of a sandwich that is worth the price. My wife sticks to one of the fried shrimp sandwiches because they are so good it doesn't make sense for her to change it up. You want a Ribeye but your kids want chicken tenders? They've got you covered. The tender baskets are massive! Burgers? Did I mention those? Got a picky kid that doesn't like cheese? Get the Royale w/ cheese with no cheese and it's the perfect size. Shout out to a shareable shrimp basket, excellent cold subs, a variety of hot subs including a great cheese steak and a riff on a french dip. Go to Mess Hall and go often. This is the kind of great, affordable, and consistent spot an area like east Fayetteville needs.

I'm utterly shocked…read more I came to Arkansas to join my girlfriend on her business trip and for the most part, I was left in a hotel, so there wasn't a part of me that actually looked forward to it. So I was browsing DoorDash on my first day alone staying in, and I across Its Sa Wrap. ... wait a minute. It's... Sarap? That's Filipino! So being Fil-Am, I had to order it. I ordered the sisig, halo halo, and turon all for $35, including travel fees because this place was a pretty significant distance from my hotel. In fact, I was surprised to see that it's at a mall. I was both surprised and laughing at the portion they provided for the sisig. It has plenty of rice and meat. Arguably too much, and I can eat. I was like... "heh, this better be good." It was delicious. The rice was fine, but the sisig was delicious. They got all crispy and flavorful scrapings from the pan in there, and the addition of red Filipino chilis added a nice heat to it overall. The turon was a little more dense than I thought it would be, but that's a good thing. The halo halo was also a typical halo halo -- also a good thing in this part of town. The flavor, amount of food, and overall value here would cost someone way more than $35 in the Bay Area. This is a win. If I find myself in Arkansas again, I'll definitely seek out this place. Good Filipino food in Arkansas. Who knew?!

Went here for a team building work lunch. This was my first time dining here and I really liked…read morethe decor and overall ambiance, but it was really busy and fairly loud inside. There were 8 people in our group and they ended up seating us outside which wasn't a problem as it was warm and sunny. Once seated our server took our drink order quickly and followed up shortly with taking an order for appetizers. Which also came out fairly quickly. Our server then took our entree orders. He returned three or four times to replenish/refill drinks for the females in our group but ignored me and the other male in our group, until we asked for a refill. Our entree's took about 20 - 25 minutes to come out and there were several minutes between the first and last to make it to the table. In the business district of the town where most of their lunchtime weekday customers are workers on lunch break they need to be getting the food out the kitchen quicker. As for the food presentation was nice. Everyone's dishes looked really fresh and appetizing. Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.
