She refused to answer me, rolled her eyes, and started talking negatively about me to the first worker while I was standing right there. I apologized again and explained that I had never been there before and simply wasn't familiar with their process. I don't think asking how the sandwich is prepared is an unreasonable question, especially as a first-time customer. I also found it very unprofessional that the worker was making food while wearing sunglasses. To make matters worse, when I got to the cashier, the second worker proceeded to call me names over something as simple as asking whether my sandwich came warmed.
