Another person didn't like the long line for the drive-thru at peak lunch time. But, this is normal. If they order ahead with the app, the drive-thru is a breeze. Other reviews were like this. Not CFA's fault. I have visited this location dozens of times (dine-in, drive-thru, and app). I have never run into a issue that either was just a preference on my side, or something that was quickly and easily fixed. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The food is exactly what you expect from CFA (yummy!!!!). The store is clean and well maintained (including the bathrooms). I wish reviewers would be more discerning on how they write. I often wonder if they just want to complain because that is all they do. There is nothing to complain about at this CFA. Highly recommended is this CFA location.

There was ample parking available in the lot close to the building. While it was quiet inside, the team members were still busy taking care of guests. During my morning visit via the drive thru, the lanes were clean and free of debris. There was an organized flow to the chaotic morning which helped keep things going smoothly. Every single trash can was overflowing and stuffed. The window blinds and ledges were covered with stains and food. The booths were peeling. It was really bad. Then, on top of that, there were only 2 employees running the front, and they were obviously stressed and messing up. This was not b/c of lack of staff as there were at least 8-10 other employees either outside, at the drivethru and standing around the employee storage area. The one visible manager was working the drive-thru and never came to help them at all. They were mixing up orders, forgetting items, setting ice cream and milkshakes on the shelf when people were waiting on them. At one time, there was a group of people all waiting and frustrated, and I felt so bad that these two needed help and never got it. I also had to go up there b/c I never got my milkshake. They gave me someone else's and once that was realized they said they would make another and never brought it and it was sitting on the shelf melting again. I will say the food was good , although expensive. Chickfila has increased their prices a lot in the last few years. A family of 4, two kids, cost $40 for fast food! I won't return until they have fully remodeled and staffed.It's better to try a different location! Note: I filled out the receipt survey with this same response. I received a prompt phone call/voice-mail from a female manager (or owner). She apologized but did not clearly read what I put b/c she blamed it all on the old store in need of a remodel, which she said was happening next month, and the lack of employees.
