Finally had the opportunity to eat at Bites & Bowls and it lived up to the hype...and exceeded our expectations. Friendly service, fresh ingredients, and incredibly helpful staff made our trip a delight. Glad to find yet another place with tasty vegetarian options!

Best savory waffle I've ever had. This restaurant was an amazing surprise. I went expecting to order regular waffles with fruit (which look delicious btw), but couldn't pass up the Wake Up savory waffle. The creamy roja sauce that came with it was such a great addition with just the right amount of salt needed. The waffle was made up of hash browns, eggs, and an assortment of meat. It was so filling. Great choice for breakfast this beautiful day in Springdale. As of today they still ask for masks until served.

We went on Sunday around 1030am. Restaurant is very simple and cozy. Most of tables were occupied but there are a bunch of smaller tables were available. We ordered drip coffee, the mailman, Nutella waffle with side of bacon and verde waffle. Everything came out perfect and cooked beautifully. Very friendly staff too! We will definitely come back.

This little place is truly a hole in the wall and an out of the way gem. I did a search in Yelp for "healthy food restaurant" and this was the closest one to me. If not for Yelp I would have never found this place. I ordered the Fall Break Salad and took this picture of it. It was absolutely wonderful! The two Hispanic ladies running the place were very kind and conversational. The inside of the restaurant is very casual and does not seem like good dining, but the food could be served in a fine dining restaurant. I highly recommend.

This place is delicious! I've never really ordered a savory waffle before but it was fantastic. It's also very cute inside. They have all kinds of trinkets you can buy. Counter service but very friendly. Definitely eating here again while I'm working in town. read more

This place was a pleasant surprise to find! Want to grab a breakfast but want a healthier option? This place is for you! I ordered The Grinch smoothie - spinach, mango, orange juice and more. It was blended fresh and tasted so good. Not too sweet or bitter. Definitely recommend! I ordered the Verde waffle. A delicious and fun way to get your veggies! The base of the waffle is hash brown with egg with veggies. Topped with sliced avocado served with a side of herb dressing. So good!!! The total meal cost me $15 and some change. Very affordable meal for the quality of ingredients and type of food. I will be back! read more

This place is a hidden gem! Decided to check it out for lunch and went with the soup- Chili and sandwich - Ay! Chipotle. Both were delicious! The sandwich awesome and as a bonus pressed panini style but using a waffle iron and the chili was very well done, not to spicy. Finished everything off with the chocolate peanut butter smoothie and was quite satisfied. Really great to have some local places like this- everyone should check them out! read more

This place is SPECIAL! They have an exquisite unique twist on waffles that you absolutely must try! If your a foodie then this place is for you. I started with the açaí bowl, a hot cup of coffee, and a mixed berry smoothie. The smoothie was mixed to perfection! And the açaí bowl was the best I've ever had in Arkansas. Then I got the strawberries and cream waffle, AND the verde waffle (to go) the waffle....CHEFs KISS* was the perfect balance of sweet, and airy. These two sisters have an incredible story on how they got started, a TRUE pull yourself up by the bootstraps grit that only adds to bites and bowls flavor! This place is unassuming from the outside in an out-of-the-way shopping center, but has THE MOST DELICIOUS waffle concoctions on the planet. We went for lunch on a whim one day. I had a strawberry spinach salad and my wife has a meat lovers waffle. My salad was tasty and well portioned. That waffle was Everything. It's not a traditional waffle by any means but what it lacks in tradition, it makes up for in delicious, delicious flavor. We came back a second time and split the meat lovers waffle (too good not to have again) and the berry waffle. The berry waffle was a traditional Belgian with sweet lechera and a generous portion of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. I highly recommend splitting a savory and a sweet. It's just the right amount of both. A family run GEM in East Springdale. Absolutely worth the drive. read more
