Wow, does this place move. When we arrived on a Saturday around 1:00, the place was packed with a 20 minute wait. However we were seated within 10 minutes. This place is definitely was locals favorite. We were quickly met by a server and ordered. Lunch came within about 15 minutes and was hot and fresh. I had the h and cheese with fries. They're friendly, but efficient, so they expect you to get in and get out once you're finished. I had the huevos rancheros special and my husband had the chicken and waffles. They were both delicious. I wasn't a fan of the coffee. My only issue was towards the end of our meal, a worker was walking up to the front from the bathroom blowing her nose. I had a bacon, egg and grit breakfast which was embellished with an homemade biscuit and gravy. My wife had a half of an avocado toast with egg.
