The name isn't really fitting. There are a few snacks but there are more meals...They have smoothies that are good. The bowl (mushroom one is what I had) was good and their take and bake at home meals were really tasty as well. The downside is they close at 3pm and don't do bowls at all on the weekend. Then during the week they stop bowls at 3. Their house made granola is very good. If you're looking for a smoothie or bowl, I would recommend here. The staff is fine-not very helpful or unhelpful, just kind of there. read more

Their meals are healthy and reasonably priced. Meat quality is high and very fresh. They also serve vegan and vegetarian options as well. Love the variety of meals here - it's not just American steak and potatoes. Service is also great each time I come in, and everything is very clean. The only thing that might lead me away to another meal prep company is that they don't have nutrition facts for most dishes, and they don't deliver. read more

This place is great. Lots of healthy options, it's hard to choose. I went with the Shroomami bowl and had a hard time not just inhaling it. For $11 it's well worth the cost. It's very filling, but didn't leave me feeling heavy. Besides bowls, they have ready-made items and also bottles/cans of drinks, and snacks for purchase. read more

Me and my friend stopped by for breakfast after our class and it was yummy! She got one of their traditional breakfast burritos and she was obsessed with it! I got their breakfast sandwich and it was good but the bread was very thick and a little dry, so it was a bit difficult to digest. Overall the barista was very nice and recommended some good drinks! They have a nice seating area to enjoy the food as well. read more

I cannot believe this place is still open. After trying a smoothie from here, I ended up with severe stomach issues that lasted all day. At first, I thought it was something else I ate, but it turns out multiple people have had the exact same problem from this place. That is not a coincidence, that's a pattern. I was like okay the smoothie didn't taste all that great but a friend brought a juice for me to try and it seemed decent enough so I went to checkout the other offerings myself and ended up having stomach issues AGAIN. On top of that, the latte I ordered had a lid that smelled absolutely foul--completely undrinkable. When I tried their "freshly baked" muffin, it was so cold and hard maybe even frozen solid even though they claimed to have a bakery. Nothing about this operation feels safe, sanitary, or honest. This is beyond disappointing it feels dangerous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Until they get shut down or completely overhaul their standards, I'm warning people to stay far away. read more

Not for the Açaí Purists Cool vibe, good energy, and the rest of the menu looked solid but as someone who really knows and loves açaí, this place missed the mark. Their bowls aren't true açaí everything's heavily blended with banana and other fillers, so you don't actually taste the açaí at all. It ended up feeling more like a purple banana smoothie than a real açaí bowl. If you're new to açaí, you might not notice. But if you're an açaí purist looking for that rich, earthy, slightly tart flavor that a real bowl should bring this isn't it. read more

Always fresh, clean and healthy. We often get take home from here and Henry been disappointed yet.

The environment is very green/eco friendly which was the first thing that caught my eye. Staff is really nice & helpful. They really try to make most of the food gluten free accessible in addition to other dietary needs like vegetarian and vegan. The food was plentiful & filling. They ran out of tofu for my texmex bowl unfortunately and the food was just ok. I was looking for more flavor but I can tell it's health conscious so I appreciate that. Will try something different next time. read more

Do they not serve lunch on Saturday's at 11 am ? I just walked in, and they said they no longer are serving lunch or breakfast. It would also be helpful is they labeled there prepackaged food as organic, if it really is. Aside from that chicken wrap was good. read more

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place! From the smoothies to the meals-to-go to the friendly staff! A+ for Snack Lab!

Really delicious food just so dang expensive. Lot of healthy options for food sensitivities.

We dined on Snack Lab at Bentonville Bike Fest and we were so glad we did! We ordered the steak wrap and the Thai chicken wrap. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I'm not a big wrap fan typically because the tortillas are often too much - not this wrap, friends! Perfectly proportioned to the ingredients. The owner was present and suggested we grab a maple granola and I'm so glad we did. We don't live local to NWA but we will be ordering the granola online to have at home. Wish we had Snack Lab in Southwest MO! read more

Good source for vegan food. I enjoy getting their smoothies. A little on the pricey side

As someone who's always trying to eat healthier but also very lazy, this place is a god send. I'm super busy and often we don't have access to a full kitchen since we are rehabbing properties. This place is a great place for me to stock up on some paleo meals and call it a week. I am sad (and hungry!) on sundays when they are closed. The Mexican cauliflower fried rice is a bit too aggressive with the cumin spice (I love cumin, but yo reduce that shit by 50%). Otherwise everything I've eaten here is delicious. read more

Food was great love how it's healthy but unfortunately I found chunks of plastic in my smoothie bowl. Kinda gave me an ick of not wanting to go back. Called and told them about it and figured they'd maybe offer a remake or refund but they didn't. Luckily I ordered through DoorDash and they gave me one! Hope this helps! read more

I need of healthy but filling food? Snack Lab is a must. There are cold case selections of a variety of items if you are short on time. They also sell a few pantry style items and snacks. Otherwise they have a variety of bowls. Acai bowls and savory bowls. There is room for improvement in the savory bowls but nothing that would stop me from going. I had the Mediterranean bowl with the quinoa and rice blend as my base. The cucumber salad on top was ample enough for sauce, no need for the dressing. The falafel was soft, not crisp but I loved it. Then it had cooked potatoes and zucchini blend on it, I thought it didn't fit the rest of the bowl however it was amazing. My husband had the beef teriyaki bowl. The beef was very lean and cooked perfect. His veggies were a bit overcooked but a great mix of green beans, carrots and broccoli. The staff were all friendly and helpful. read more

Good food and coffee. Food is vegan and to go. My salad spilled in my car and they replaced for free.

I walked right in the door at 6:30am when they opened, after browsing the menu online for half of my overnight shift. The girl at the counter was a little sullen and didn't even bother to lift her head when I announced "Good morning!" which kind of bummed me out. After all, today is their grand opening... I ordered a BBBBQ breakfast bowl and The Elvis breakfast bowl to go. The black bean BBQ bowl was surprisingly delicious as a breakfast option, with the black beans, scrambled eggs, avocado, cheese, kale, and sauce. The bean to egg ratio was a little off for me and I tossed most of the beans. The bowl really could have used a portion in quinoa. The Elvis was tasty with gluten free steel cut oats. A good choice if you're looking for a sweet breakfast option. A little too salty for my taste. There were several grab and go items in the cooler, mostly cold drinks, but also yogurt, cheeses, salads, and snacks. There was also a dry food section, with a few local items. Overall, this would be a good place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch bowl if you're on the run. read more

Great service, and the food was really tasty! I also like the vibe. Very much a place where you can chill alone or with someone else.

I've picked up food here for delivery, numerous times, but have never been here as a customer. I decided today was the day. I wanted a smoothie, so I came here. I ended up deciding on the Coco Chia 20oz size, YUM!!! Looks like baby poop, lol but is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! While waiting on my smoothie to be made, I looked around at their cooler foods and etc, and noticed one of my all time favorite dishes.... pupusas. They have pupusas for sale for like $6-$7 bucks. Not bad. I would like to come back and try those as well. Being later in the day, their lunch was already closed down, so I will be back to try out their lunches. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed my earth grain bowl with chicken. Lots of interesting flavors, enough that I only used a sparing amount of the slightly spicy cashew-based sauce. I'll definitely return to try a few of the other menu items, and check out the interesting packaged (healthy) snacks on offer in the small grocery section. read more

Healthy and clean eating in Bville? Sign me up! I was looking for a place with healthy, nourishing, and gluten free options and what a blessing it was to find Snack Lab! I had the Shroom Mami and a Tropical Kale Smoothie for under $20. No pictures to show because everything was so delicious. The staff were kind too. There is a whole takeaway section with a dreamy drink wall, prepared food, and allergen friendly snacks! Pretty sure I found my Bentonville haunt. read more

Going to have to go full food critic mode. Because this did not make me happy. Super cute store with an okay amount of vegan options. Pretty overpriced for what I had. At about $10 each for really barely anything. I've paid less and gotten more at other places. I picked up the vegan pasta and vegan burrito. And both were underwhelming to say the least. There is no flavor! In anything. I sometimes cook bland food at home. But this was too bland even for me. There's like no taste to the food. In any of the options I picked up. Even the strawberry lemonade didn't have a taste. The pasta could have used more sauce AND some form of seasoning and that would make it taste better. The burrito just needs more everything. There was no taste whatsoever. No salt either. Is that a thing here too? Healthier tasteless options? Really suggest seasoning your food a bit more. Or label items so we know what we're getting into. It's such a cute store with nice staff. So I do apologize for the low rating. But I came here for lunch and what I had wasn't really lunch. It was an overpriced snack. Since I'm not from here I now have to go spend money somewhere else just for one meal. It's pretty disappointing. read more

First timer. Ordered the Green Eggs and Yam breakfast bowl. Scrambled eggs, Brown rice, black beans, sweet potatoes, kale, green onions, and avocado. I also ordered the cider. Just ok. Nothing fancy at all - food wise or atmosphere. In all fairness, I've been once. I ordered the Harvest Bowl and it was certainly healthy but just average in taste and not a large portion. Great spot for healthy on the go meals/snacks. Whenever I want to eat healthy in NWA, I scratch my head a little so it's so great to know there is a place to go for those that want a healthy meal quickly between meetings. I got the Tex mex bowl and hibiscus kombucha, both of which I liked A LOT!! This is not a place for group lunches or for a nice eating pit atmosphere, it's very grab and go though you can eat inside. The owner told me that prepurchasing meals to prep for the week is going to be an option at some point which will provide another alternative to Evolve Palio. The service is a little slow but I'm sure they need some time to get staffing right. read more

I love that this place exists!! The concept is great and all the healthy vegan options available is amazing, however I bought a bowl and I must say for the price it wasn't that good. I really wasn't impressed with anything from the tofu to the amount of salt used.. but if you're looking for a quick and health bite, especially if you have dietary restrictions, then the snack lab is a great option for you! Very cool place! Food is delicious and there is so much more inside than I thought. For some reason I thought it was just a smoothie place but they have a million other things in there and it's like a little food health store. We definitely will be back. The ONLY down side is their to go meals don't have the nutritional info listed so I don't know how to really track my calories but I was told they're working on that. So great! Look forward to seeing it and trying the other options. I had the chicken street tacos and they were delicious read more

Went to order and were informed we were looking at weekend menus. Weekday menus were brought out and we were handed a menu covered in food. Had a breakfast bowl. Rice, eggs, and potatoes were cold. This is essentially not palatable. Obviously premade and pulled out of refrigeration and served. Jam sandwich was missing strawberry's which is like 1 of three ingredients. Breakfast sandwich was ok, just completely apart. I have been here in the past and this place was good. Hoping some of these issues are related to staffing and Post COVID difficulties. Unfortunately will not be returning. read more

Delicious! Highly recommend!! The salmon was my favorite, it's something I don't make often and really liked how well it was prepared

Snack Lab is a great place to go and get a quick, healthy snack or meal. The prices are high, as you would expect from a health food store, but I don't go often enough for it to really affect my wallet. They also have a great variety of ready-to-go meals and beverages, specifically my favorite drink, Kill-Cliff, which is typically impossible to find. read more
