We stopped in to grab an adult beverage while burning some time before the game. Jammin Java is hidden in a shopping area right off the square. Looks like they not only serve coffee, wine and beer, but also sandwiches. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. The place is decorated well. The wine and beer selections are limited. All the beer was from craft breweries and sold in cans. No draft. If you are looking for a less crowed option then give this place a try. Just note, the adult beverage selection is limited but to be fair, this is a coffee shop. read more

This was an excellent place on the square. They had live music which was fantastic. We were able to have wine, mixed drinks and then something with chocolate. The mocha frappe was yummy. The owner behind the bar was awesome and it looks like they even served some light food/snacks. It was not crowded but really nice to sit outside on the patio and swing. read more

We arrived during happy hour on a Friday night. There was a live band playing outside and they were really talented. We ordered two drinks and they were generous pours at a great price. The server was kind and helpful, answering our many questions about the drink menu. Restaurant was clean, with a really nice bathroom as well. Will definitely be back! read more

Tucked away in the corner by the Town Center, I only really come to Jammin Java while at the Farmers Market. Since it's on the Square, parking is iffy. It's also pretty cramped inside with 2 entrances for such a small space. They sell food but I've never really looked - I come in for a blended coffee or their matcha tea which I'm addicted to. They have the sweetened (ugh) & a natural kind with no sugar. Like Starbucks, the menu is on a chalkboard behind the counter where you order & pay then pick up your food/drink. Pluses: they do have public restrooms & there's a deck right outside where they pay local artists/bands to play regularly. So you can sit on the deck w/a drink & hear some great music in an intimate setting. read more

Wow. I am at a loss for words here. I went to get a cup of coffee with my daughter. Today at lunchtime from my favorite coffeehouse - Jammin Java. I always get the very same thing - a mocha latte. I paid my money, picked up my mocha, and sat down to visit......and it was the WORST coffee I have every had in my life. It tasted...sour and it was tepid at best. I decided to let it slide because we were having a nice visit, but a second sip sent me to the counter to ask her to make me something different because that cup of coffee was completely gross. To my surprise, she said no. That cup of coffee was my cup of coffee and if I wanted something different, I would be paying for another drink. And no refunds. Period. I never realized any coffee purchase to be so very high risk! Eventually she relented and agreed to make me another cup (with her manager's approval). OMG tepid, sour, and now so chocolate-filled it made me gag. Sour milk and chocolate are not a good combo! So I handed her the cup (so it wouldn't fill their garbage can with fluid) and fled. $6 lost and I'll never need to go there again. So they get a 1 - for nasty tepid coffee, a counter girl who is fairly rude, and 2 lost customers. By, Jammin', I'll miss the old you! read more

Honestly I've tried really hard to like this place but it just doesn't do great to me. I've gone a few times and each experience my coffee has been insanely sweet (even when asked for it less) and the actual coffee itself doesn't have much of a taste. Prior to their move, the old spot was outdated and seemed somewhat dingy. When I saw they moved locations on the square I was so excited and thought might as well give them another go, but sadly it was bad again. It's disappointing because I really do root for them and love a cute coffee spot but the coffee is just plain bad. read more

Husband and I were in town for a visit, we have two small dogs and it's pretty hot so we wanted somewhere pet friendly. We found a Fayville Facebook page that has restaurants and establishments that are pet friendly, and jammin Java was on the list. We wanted breakfast and definitely coffee, so I checked the menu and I was pretty impressed. Husband had the breakfast bowl, and I had the Hog Heaven Biscuit. We shared a seasonal fruit bowl. This review is for the airport location. I found myself with a cancelled flight and 5 hours to hang around. Weather was decent so I headed outside and found this coffee stand by the entrance. Sadly, I cannot tell you what flavor I ordered - I believe there were two choices and I choose the darker one. The Server remarked that it was strong coffee. I am writing this because it was GREAT coffee! I drink mine black, and rarely do I sit up and take notice, but on May 5th I noticed. separate note about the airport - the smoking area is actually across the street in the median so I enjoyed that coffee outside the airport doors and smoke free! read more

My first experience here was terrible and I'm not really sure why. I ordered a vanilla latte but something was way off and unfortunately I took it to go without trying it before I left. I'm not sure of it's the syrup they used or maybe the milk was sour but it went in the trash after three sips. Last night I decided to give them another try and I ordered the candy cane latte. I guess I thought it was just peppermint but it's actually peppermint white mocha, now I know to ask. It was super sweet and had I known, I would have asked for half the pumps of syrup. Also, I would recommend asking for extra hot because they aren't very warm for long. Service is pretty decent, I just don't care for their lattes that much. read more

The one star is for the nice woman who was working the counter. For me, that was the only nice thing about this place. We came in for coffee and breakfast, during the week. The location is decent but a little confusing for first timers since they advertise in one of the windows on the square but it's actually tucked in behind the buildings. We had drip coffee, a breakfast bowl, and biscuits and gravy. The woman working the counter was super friendly and helpful. The coffee was not the worst but, I'd say, mediocre. My husband's biscuits and gravy had a black beard hair on it from the cook wearing no beard net. He said the gravy tasted like McDonald's quality. My breakfast bowl was ok. The veggies and eggs seemed fresh but the flavors didn't seem to go together. We both agreed to never go back. There are too many other places with better quality coffee and food. read more

Would completely agree with Justin's review. The greatest thing about this place (and usually the only reason I ever go here) is the location. Since they're tucked away behind Tim's Pizza on the square they're they only coffee place there. I don't really find the atmosphere that comfortable, especially if you're going to sit and work on something. They do have some nice outdoor seating, tho. read more

Love, love, love the sandwiches at Jammin' Java. Always fresh produce, Boars Head meats, made-from-scratch breads from local mills -- get the Albuquerque Turkey on spinach feta. Good smoothies as well, and I'm told by an expert (addict) the lattes are quality. I hate to write a bad review on a coffeeshop that's been in my hometown for so long :[. I have been to Jammin Java (both near the square and in the mall) a handful of times and have always had a bad experience. Unfortunately, anytime I go to a coffeehouse I expect some degree of snobbiness and I can ignore it and still enjoy my experience, but today, Jammin Java was extra rude. I walked into the square location today in the late morning and was the only customer inside. I began to browse the refrigerated baked goods and the barista stared at me waiting for me to be done but didn't say anything. I decided to get a drip coffee to go and walked over to the counter where the barista still didn't say anything but looked at me. I told her what I wanted and she handed me a cup and a receipt to fill in tip amount and sign. I didn't leave a tip (I normally do but I felt so uncomfortable) and handed the receipt back and the barista held up the receipt and looked at the tip line and then said "Thank you." The dark roast coffee was empty, too, so my coffee tasted like tea. It made me sad. :[ read more

WOW, listen up boys, if you're going to be that rude and pompous toward your customers, you'd better have some damned good coffee!! And.....ya don't!!! Drove through Fayetville with my family on our road trip and looked up a coffee bar to stop in and refuel, have a visit, and stretch our legs. I walked in first and stood at the counter for less than 5 seconds reading the menu before a lanky dude with glasses barked at me, "What do you want?" I politely smiled and said, "I'm not sure yet, and I'm waiting on 2 more." This guy said nothing, turned around and went to the back where he was obviously preparing food for a previous order. (there was ONLY one other person in there) my family walked in a couple of minutes later to join me and we stood there for about 10 or 15 minutes before a different guy appeared at the counter. He was just as rude-( light headed guy like the other one.) He didn't greet us or smile or anything. He carried on like we were interrupting his Private time or something. On top of ALL of this, almost $20 later (3 drinks) EVERY SINGLE DRINK WAS DISGUSTING! One wierd tasting Italian soda, a sleepy monkey (worst one of all- wayyyy sweet and bitter gross gross gross) and an island mocha ( better than sleepy monkey but still awful!) I dunno what they use to make blended beverages in this place but it was horrendous. So after the really bad service and drinks, strange energy in that place, we left our drinks on the table and decided to move on with our day. THAT'S right!! The drinks were not even drinkable. Skip this location of you're looking for good coffee or good service. My advice to you Jammin Java, start using products that are worth the money you're taking from customers, and fire those idiots you have running your store into the ground. If it wasn't for Jammin' Java, I'd starve. I work on the Fayetteville Downtown Square and go to Jammin' Java 4 times a week. Addictions are: Chicken Salad, Gumbo, Baja Chicken soup, chocolate chip cookies and a stiff Americano. The staff is awesome - they really want to take care of you! Brandon, the owner, is dedicated to making the Square a destination and helps provide atmosphere to reinforce that. I can't wait for live music on the patio to start back up! read more
