I knew he was in route but he should have called, rang the door bell, or knocked on the door to introduce himself before starting the job. I heard noises so I went outside and I introduced myself to him. He told me the hole was in one place which turned out to be true but I initially told him the hole was in a different place which also turned out to be true which he finally agreed. I was confirmed a total amount and when service arrived, which I admit was very quickly, I was given a higher amount AND THEN told if I didn't have that amount (I was TWENTY DOLLARS short!!) that my car would be impounded.
