Not only did they over-charge me but the work was not completed properly and diagnostics were incorrect. I barely made it back to Michigan and was terrified the entire drive. I then brought my car into L&T. Night and day difference! Not only did they correct things, they were able to PROPERLY diagnose the issues. One issue was going to be quite costly, if repaired in a certain manner. I was given three options for that issue and was not pushed in any direction. I appreciate being spoken to like an adult and treated with respect. My car drives flawlessly now and should I ever need anything in the future, I will be returning here!

But when I left NO the light had not been reset. again I had to take it elsewhere to get the light reset. Twice you have not reset it and that will be the last time for me. Then on the second trip in he told me I had a leak ok, I took it to the shop and they found NO leak and even put it on the machine to see if it would register a leak. NONE found. Ok so now your people have NO clue as to what they are talking about on top of it. NEVER will I return again. You cost me more money than you are worth.

I bought my truck at vetter a little over a month ago. Since I bought it the engine has developed…read moreat very rough idle and a lifter tick/tap. I have brought the truck back to Vetter twice and both times they said it was "normal" even though there is a well known and well documented problem with the 5.3 engine that has all the same symptoms mine is having. if this issue is not fixed it is likely the motor will need to be replaced. He also said the rough idle is "normal"There is a power train warranty on the truck, but the service manager called the warranty company and told them "he wasn't that concerned about it" so now the warranty company won't fix the bad lifters and the dealership won't stand behind the truck I bought from them. According to the service manager a worn lifter that is "bleeding down" is not a failed part and this is his reason for disregarding my concern that this will lead to engine failure. So thank you to the service manager at vetter for convincing the warranty company to not fix my truck and for not standing behind your product, I will never buy another car from you and will always tell people of my extremely poor experience. A one star review is too much but it wouldn't let me give a 0
