Im panicking...my daughter is fussy and my car insurance has me on hold for 10 minutes and counting. I have no time to waste with a little in the backseat. So incredibly thankful for this man and this tow company that came to our rescue in less than 15 min. He gave me clear direction as what to do in finding a tire and what closest place to look while on the phone before he made it to us. Ive waited for tow services before and everytime was close to 45 min to a hr before one came...this was the first time help came so quick in our time of need. He took the initiative and called a reliable tire service company to have my new tire put on right away. This was the most polite and kind hearted man that gave us the best customer service and just a all around stand up man. Just his kindness and swiftness at his job made my whole crappy week and weekend better knowing good people with good intentions are still out here to help in the best possible way in any situation.
