Steve's towing proved to be the best. I read the other reviews and the negative ones sure do not fit the Steve's towing we have come. My husband and family and I were involved in a crash when a drunk driver ran us off Riverside Drive. Thanks to our lord no one was hurt. The car was totaled. The police came to the crash and assisted us in getting out safely and collecting our belongings. We were ask if we wanted a wrecker of our choice if we wanted to contact them or get the next one on the call list. We picked the next on the call list, which was Steve's. The truck arrived and the operator was a man named Dave and he was very professional communicating with us and treated us like he cared. He helped load our personal belongings in another vehicle and took our car to his lot. He was superb. read more

First off in response to kelly G's review.... The man that runs Steves auto parts in constantine mi is no longer Steve himself its his Greedy son Dave and yes you should Totally Avoid him at all costs because he is exactly how you stated... Steve's used to be a really good place when steve ran the business. He was always very helpful and would definitely work with you on certain issues. He was very understanding and would never go and scream and yell at you to leave his property unless you were causing problems and then he would just ask you to leave. Now that Dave runs the place i wouldn't even consider going and buying anything from him and would NEVER let my vehicle get Towed there. read more

Avoid!!! This man is corrupt, my elderly father's car was impounded here. This unethical man would not take a credit card payment over the phone or a check in the mail, or even a money order (I'm out of state). He would only accept CASH. When my cousin arrived to make payment and get the car it had a flat tire. He wouldn't let him air the tire or start it until after he collected the $700 in cash. He picked a fight with my cousin and demanded he leave his property. Think Steve pays taxes on that cash only policy of his? He clearly makes his money gaming the system and by essentially stealing people's vehicles and selling them for his own profit. Despicable! Avoid at all costs. read more
