Then the original problem was for a big squeak coming out of the truck never really did fix that. I had to wait two weeks to bring it back into fix the light And then they said they had to order it which should've been taken care of when we told him it wasn't right the way to begin with. It just seems to be a big deal with them. They get the car in early in the morning and they call you at the last possible minute to come and get it And in my opinion that is just not the way to do business do I recommend them I can't they didn't do us right and I'm assuming if they didn't do us right they're doing somebody else not right either

I had a camaro that was here for over 1.5 years it should had never been there that long. These…read moreguys put me through a series of hoops with this car. I had spent $10,000 and $2000 on a paint job and ceramic coat and I dropped my car off looking mint. After I had to literally threaten to call the police so they would release my car to me my car looked horrendous. There was adhesive all over the paint. And dirt was caked in all crevices like it was sitting there for a long period of time before it was touched. Had a car cover they never used and told me my car would be kept in the shop In the back which was a lie. They broke my window and replaced it without telling me, Burn holes in my seats, destroyed my weather stripping, chipped my doors, chipped my rear and front bumper, and hood, chipped my $1500 set of rims. They didn't even start in my car till may over a year later. They told me they were doing this and that but never really did any actually work. Shawn the owner claimed he ordered all these parts, and told me my parts I brought are right. Come to find out I had to order the other parts. Paid 14k in March of 2023 after Shawn demanded money to start on the car. But he told me he had started on it back in august of 2022. Come august when he claimed everything was said and done he said it was sent off to Fort Wayne Indiana to the tuners. I show up because my gut was telling me other wise after the crap this shop pulled on me. I go their look in the back and their it is. So I text Shawn and he said it's not their but I'm looking right at my camaro. So I go and confront his wife and demand Shawn comes here to explain. She said he was In Pennsylvania but when he picked up the phone it sounded like he was in the shop. So after confronting them they called the police on me for what ever reason. Then Shawn txted me saying he had moved my car from the shop to his personal house to be loaded up. I asked for pics but he could send me everything else but a pic of it at his house so I know my car is safe. So then when I demand for it back he had it hauled from the back lot of his shop. Claimed it was on a flat bed to be hauled to the tuners but then had to pay someone to go pick it up. Super fishy guy and business. Asked for my parts back and he has yet to produce any of them. I literally had to yank my car from this shop because of the massive go around I was going through. Shawn made so many promises just to lie to me over and over again with the same excuse. How are you going to make me pay 14k just to put me through a series of hoops. I paid 14k just to get my own parts and he still hasn't corrected the bill yet and I still do not have any of my parts back. Claimed he aligned my car but I couldn't even turn my wheel to the left.(poor alignment if anything was even done). I took the car my self to the tuners and asked for my specs and he can't even produce them for me. Claimed he had this special guy to my engine work just to take it to Napa which I don't mind. He told me his special person had it for 8months, just to tell me it was napa in august of 2023. Need my transmission specs but idk if it was really sent of or not. If anyone wants photos let me know I'll send them to you won't let me post them here. Have proof with txt, messenger, and pictures

Yesterday around 4pm, I walked out to my car after working a long shift at the hospital to find my…read moretire was flat. I called Belle Tire and they said they could patch it if I got there ASAP but they close at 6 and they're pretty busy. As luck would have it, taking off my tire and putting on the spare was not as easy of a task as expected and it took almost an hour to accomplish. I rushed to Belle Tire (as fast as a donut could allow) and walked in at 5:40. There were multiple cars in the bays and several customers were waiting. I approached a man I later found out to be Nick Huff, and asked if there was any way he could squeeze me in. At first, he said they couldn't do it, they didn't have time. He asked if I could leave the tire and he would patch it in the morning and I could come pick it up. I understood. But I mentioned that I live 45 minutes away, and it would take much longer on a donut. I said I needed to make a call before agreeing to leave it. But he stopped me and said, "Wait. Let's just get it. I'll do it." He followed me to my car and got the tire. He took out the screw, patched it, aired it up and put it back on my car before re-mounting the spare underneath for me. When I tell you, I almost cried. Twenty minutes later, I was walking out the door to start my 45 min drive back home. No charge. All this to say- Nick Huff from Elkhart Belle Tire, just know that you made a difference yesterday. Thank you for helping me get home safely to my family.

I figured it would be a day or two since there is no Subaru dealer within a 50 mile radius. I was offered a loaner. I was pretty impressed that the repair was finished by that afternoon. The mechanic, upon inspection of my car, suggested a transmission flush (odometer at 61000 and past due), new tire, and an oil change. I did add the trans flush but passed on the other stuff. No pressure tactics, just honest advice. One tiny critique: a bolt that holds the alternator belt shroud was over-torqued. Its a quirky Subaru thing but without any play in that bolt, the power steering pump will shudder at a stop or low speeds. (Bolts are meant to be tight, right?) I told you its quirky.
