Yesterday around 4pm, I walked out to my car after working a long shift at the hospital to find my tire was flat. I called Belle Tire and they said they could patch it if I got there ASAP but they close at 6 and they're pretty busy. As luck would have it, taking off my tire and putting on the spare was not as easy of a task as expected and it took almost an hour to accomplish. I rushed to Belle Tire (as fast as a donut could allow) and walked in at 5:40. There were multiple cars in the bays and several customers were waiting. I approached a man I later found out to be Nick Huff, and asked if there was any way he could squeeze me in. At first, he said they couldn't do it, they didn't have time. He asked if I could leave the tire and he would patch it in the morning and I could come pick it up. I understood. But I mentioned that I live 45 minutes away, and it would take much longer on a donut. I said I needed to make a call before agreeing to leave it. But he stopped me and said, "Wait. Let's just get it. I'll do it." He followed me to my car and got the tire. He took out the screw, patched it, aired it up and put it back on my car before re-mounting the spare underneath for me. When I tell you, I almost cried. Twenty minutes later, I was walking out the door to start my 45 min drive back home. No charge. I Waited more than 3 hours for a tire to be patched. No one tells me a lead time while I am waiting and when I asked to the front desk staff about my truck, the person was trying to be a smart ass with me, gives me an attitude and tells me that I can take my truck and leave after he told me 3 hours ago that there was only 2 people ahead of me. This place needs a new management team and more trained front desk associates that will treat customers in a much professional way. I think if they spent less time on their phones, this place can get better on lead times. read more

I needed two tires replaced on my 2023 F150. Two of the original equipment tires wore unevenly, even though they were rotated every 5000 miles at oil change intervals. I do tow a small, single axle travel trailer. I went to Belle Tire in Elkhart Indiana on, Tuesday 12/23/2025. I spoke with a front counter attendant and was told the tires needed to be ordered from the warehouse. I asked that the tires be ordered and I made an appointment for Saturday, 12/27/25. I also specified the new tires were to be installed on the front, and the two best remaining tires be installed on the rear. The two best tires measured at 6, and the others at 1 and two respectively. When the work was completed, I noticed that the new tires were on the rear and the two most worn tires were on the front. I went to the front counter and told another attendant that the installation was wrong. Scott, spoke right up and said " I asked you three times if that's what you wanted ". His first lie! I said that wasn't true and another attendant stepped in and said they would make it right. He and one of the techs went with me to look at the truck. The tech said he knew it was wrong and that it made no sense to put the bad tires back on my truck. He said he questioned it and was told to do it that way. I asked to see the tires that were taken off and was allowed to do so. Again I was assured the mistake would be fixed. At that time I said I wanted an apology for being g lied to in front of the other customers. In a short time my truck was ready. Scott walked over to me and said he was there to apologize. I asked him simply why lied and said.it made no sense to have the installation done the way it was. He said " well I'm here to apologize and I'm sorry I wasn't out there to babysit and make sure it was done right". Lie #2. I can't Scott's actions. All I can do is assure Belle Tire will no longer get any of my business. read more

Had some work done on the air conditioning (last fall) in our Toyota Sienna 2008. Had Nate (Manager) install a new compressor and condenser and everything seem to work ok but again that was in late October last year 20024. It's now the early summer 2005 and the air conditioner unit just blows out warm air. Took the vehicle back to Belle. Nate put some gages on the system and found a leak. Did an evac and put new O-Rings on the port sides and then new refrigerant in the system. So far conditioning unit has been working great for over a week with no issues. Nate is very good at trying his best to save folks heavy repair bills that are unnecessary. We our so thankful for Nate. By the way, no cost as we our very good customers on all 3 of our vehicles. I called this morning to ask for a Oil Change on the Prius. We are on the road and are actually over my recommended mileage. We came in at 8:10 and it was already busy with four in the wait area. Opens at 0800. We were logged in and in less than ten minutes they had the car in the bay for service. I hope we get a normal rate for the change. So far so good, the wait area is pleasant and clean. Hot coffee available. Ok 0830, done and in the car. Fair price. read more

Husband went to get the TPMS sensors changed. He had the new sensors, just needed to have them installed and fault reset...had it done at another Belle Tire with no issues. The guy at the counter told my husband, "We don't do that unless you buy the sensors from us." My husband stated that they had at another Belle Tire, and the "gentleman " told him he needed to go back there then. We thought all Belle Tires offered the same service. We had gone to this location years ago when we got a nail in the tire, and they were awesome. The man at the counter was being rude, and told my husband that they are under new management, so they don't do it unless you order and buy from them. He also told my husband, "Yeah, you probably buy the cheapest tires, too!" My husband told him we drive, so we don't skimp on tires, but he'll never see a sale from us after being ridiculously rude. Should also note my husband called the location to try to schedule, and he was told he had to come in because it was 1st come, 1st served. read more

Got new tires and they stripped 2 wheel studs. I fixed the first because I noticed it while changing my brakes. Called when I noticed one in the back was broke. They said they would've fixed it if they did it because that's their policy. Told me I must have stripped it. I've never taken this tire off since they replaced the tire. Do not recommend. read more

Not a place I would suggest to anyone. Bad experience with this business. I went for a tire rotation Wednesday, realized I was missing a hubcap on Thursday at work. I called and asked if it was there Marvin said they don't take off hubcap for a rotation but you have to in order to take the tire off. I went in today to say something about how unsafe the job was that they did, and Nate told me that another employee said it came in with only 3 hubcaps, but on my regular tire checks it has always had all 4 factory hubcaps on it. This was on the driver side of the car I could see the hubcaps on it through the windows before they even started. If Nate was informed of it missing one why wasn't I when I own the car he does not, so he lied to my face. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not if you value the lives of other drivers and your own! read more

I've been buying my tires at Belle Tire for a few years now. I discovered a "slow leak" in one of my rear tires, so yesterday evening I took it off my car and hauled it down to Belle. I called this morning; my tire was done. When I picked it up (prepare to be amazed) there was NO charge ! ! I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience today at Belle Tire! I called all around to several different companies this morning to see how much it would cost me (if not damaged beyond repair) to either plug or patch a hole in my rear passenger tire. Every company I called quoted me between $15-$20, whereas Belle told me they would do it free of charge! Winning!! I went in and was quoted an estimated wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. I didn't mind the wait if it saved me the money. The staff was very helpful, took my keys right away, and had my car in the bay within 20 minutes. Fast forward to the estimated hour (pretty spot on!), a gentleman brought my keys out with a small bag containing the screw that had been in my tire, as well as an old, worn out valve stem. They plugged my tire & replaced my valve stem for FREE! I left feeling as giddy as a kid Christmas morning! I really appreciated their hard work, promptness, and courtesy. Especially considering they did it all for nothing. As a single mother, it felt great being able to save the money for other things at home. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends & family, as well as coming in when the time comes to purchase new tires! Thank you so much Belle Tire!! read more

My car is in the shop and has been for over two weeks getting a timing chain replacement, so I'm aware of the time it takes to do this fix... But I have been told that my car would be read for pick up on 4 separate days, one in which they didn't have the parts needed so we were delayed 3 days and we are now delayed 2 more. I appreciate them taking on the challenges of fixing a timing chain, but I don't appreciate the incorrect time estimates I keep getting, as I have to keep finding a new car/rental to find in the mean time. read more

I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty and friendliness of the crew at this location. Especially John! He is always friendly without being condescending. This location is about a 45 minute drive from my house so when I started hearing noises in the front end of my car, I went to my local Ford dealership to avoid the long drive to Belle Tire. I asked the Ford service department to check it out. They told me there were no problems and suggested that I didn't really hear what I was describing to them. I took it to Belle Tire a week later for an oil change and asked them to check it if they had time. They found an issue with my struts and were able to fix it in about an hour and a half. Problem solved and no more issues.If I could make one suggestion for improvement, it would be that they take appointments for service other than tires. Sometimes it is a pretty long wait for just an oil change, but until they give me a reason not to be, I will be a loyal customer! read more

Whatever you do don't do a walk in (which ofcourse are a majority of tire incidents) been waiting 2 hrs and 15 minutes now for one tire that I just bought here 3 weeks ago to get replaced because it wasn't holding air. Took vehicle in for A/C repair/ Found leak from 3 month old part plus 2 other parts. Charged $600 for repair. When I tried to submit claim to insurance company for defective part, manager lied and said it was caused by road debris, not faulty component. Will NOT go back. read more

I got new tires here almost two years ago without any issue. I noticed one of the tires was almost flat, so I took it back to Belle for a flat repair. I was going to visit family 250 miles away that day so I was glad they were able to get my car in fairly quickly. However, the next day the 'repaired' tire was completely flat, even worse than before. When I took the car to a different shop the mechanic said that all Belle Tire had done was apply sealant all over the tire. I'm frustrated that I drove on the freeway with my kids on a bad tire that I was told had been fixed. I would not recommend this shop after my recent experience. read more

Went to Belle with a screw in my flat tire; Within 10 minutes of waiting the gentlemen hand walked the fixed tire out to my vehicle. Loaded it. & turned around with a smile on his face. I have a loyal customer with belle tire and appreciate that if something ever happened with my tires they are able to patch for FREE. I spoke to my father, who went in not too long ago to get his tire patched and they charged him $40!! My dad not understanding, he went ahead and paid. That is completely unacceptable and completely took advantage of my father. I know the man that heard him is Scott. Please, do yourself a favor and do not go with that sales man. I ended up calling the police for my vehicle. 1. They said to the officer they had authorization and a recording of said conversation but couldn't show him nor I the recording. They ended up coming down to my second quote of 350 from another place to settle the matter. Looks bad for business when you have an officer in the building. They also put my fiance and I on trespass lmao. Like I will ever come back to this place. Sometimes life is full of coincidences, so take all of this with a grain of salt: My wife took our car in for an oil change. Done pretty quickly and for a fair price. No complaints. Just in passing as my wife is paying for the oil change the rep mentions that her brakes are looking a little low (about 1/4 inch of pad left) and her front tires (we just got new back tires less than two years ago) are going to need to be replaced soon. She pays the bill, thanks the rep and leaves. Suddenly, she notices her brakes are making a grinding noise every time she stops. It's raining and sometimes the brake get noisy when they're wet, so no immediate worries. However, this persists for two or three days after the rain stops and finally she goes back to Belle for new brakes. She gets quoted a price for brakes on all 4 wheels and when it comes time to pay the price get bumped up by about $40 dollars. She mentions this fact and the price gets corrected. Not a big deal. Almost the same day we start to get a low tire pressure light coming on. Oddly enough it's one of the new tires on the back that is failing to hold air in it. This sudden leak gets so bad that it can go from full to almost flat in the course of sitting overnight. Now, I'm starting to get suspicious. Like I said at the start, it could just be coincidence that all the things mentioned during the oil change started to cause problems, but the fact that it was the good tire that suddenly sprung a leak really raised a red flag for me. What better way to insure that a customer gets 4 new tires than to maybe put a small hole in one of the pair of newer tires. After all, what idiot would replace the newer tires and not replace the older ones that are in need to replacing too? I'm not sure I really believe that someone at Belle did a little creative "sabotaging" in order to drum up more business. But I cannot rule out the possibility either. Bearing that in mind I thought I would post my own experience just in case someone else has had a similar one. If it only happened to me then it probably was only a coincidence. But if someone else has had a similar experience then the odds of coincidence start to get a little stretched. For my own part, while I have no complaint with the quality of the work that Belle Tire did, nor the pricing, I am hesitant to go back to them. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for the new tires. read more

I would rate thrm a zero if possible! The Manager is a total joke! I asked what the labor fee would be for installing rotors and pads that l had purchased elsewhere. He said $150 per hour..... I told him that was high, and his respnose was he had to pay his mechanic somehow. I can understand a mark up since l wasn't purchasing the parts through them, but really!!! Their standard rate is $80. Long story short, I went across the street to Monteith Tire, and the rate for installation of non-purchased parts through them is $93!!! Twice on my tire rotations, when they reinstalled my rear tire cover, it fell off before l even made it to County Rd 6. I've been dealing with Belle Tire since they opened, but not anymore. Monteith will get all my business from now on. And everyone l speak to also. Later John!!! read more

I dropped off my vehicle to get an estimate on what it would cost to fix it.... when I received a call and was told it would cost $812 I made it very clear to the gentlemen that I could not pay for the repairs until my tax money came in ( I did tell the gentleman that it should be in the next day) he assured me that the part wouldn't be in until the following day anyways so I had time to get back to him before they fixed my vehicle. Meanwhile I called 3 other repair shops who estimated $450, $430 and $460. I went in the SAME day to pick up my vehicle and they told me that the repairs were done and I could not take my vehicle until I paid for the repairs. I was not rude but I was very upset. I would give 0 stars but it's not an option. I'm making this incident known so that people don't continue to go to belle tire and get ripped off or taken advantage of. read more

Foolishly banged a curb hard last Friday, early evening. Left the rim with Nate. Came in right after work, they did what we asked. Did advise I hosed the tire sensor too, got it fixed as well. Nate also warned the other sensors came up slow, may need replacing in the future. Nate is Da Man!!! read more
