Cory took a look at my tires, two of them low. One in such a state that he wouldn't refill it. We got them on the schedule same day to be replaced. Thanks to the program I bought with them when I got the tires (way back when) he told me to replace them would only be $30-ish per tire to replace. What a relief. And he took care of some things too. Once they got it up and got the tires off and looked inside, it was learned that there wasn't truly an issue. They replaced the valve stems and sent me on my way. Online pricing estimated about $1,700 after tax and installation, so we booked an 8am appointment for Saturday, Nov. 1st. He arrived early, yet the truck wasn't finished until 12pm because they were "running behind" -- which they said to nearly every customer. Then told us it was going to be $2,100. They claimed he needed new tire pressure sensors because of the larger tires but never disclosed the $80-per-sensor cost beforehand. After driving away, the steering wheel vibrated at anything over 50mph. We scheduled a follow-up on Tuesday, Nov. 4th to have the tires rebalanced, but when we arrived, they tried to charge us again. After refusing to pay since we JUST got the tires, we got the truck back only to find out they had rotated the tires instead of rebalancing them. To top it off, the front desk tech spoke to us like we didn't know what we were talking about, refused the balance request, and snapped, "Well, we didn't tell you to get the tires." Absolutely unprofessional. Now we're dealing with yet another issue: the tire pressure sensor light shows one tire at 28 PSI, but a manual gauge reads 37 PSI. We tried adding air to reach the recommended 37 PSI, but the machine automatically stopped because the tire was already full. Clearly something wasn't installed or calibrated correctly. We won't be returning. We wish we had paid attention to all the other negative reviews -- could've saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and frustration.

After I had to literally threaten to call the police so they would release my car to me my car looked horrendous. There was adhesive all over the paint. And dirt was caked in all crevices like it was sitting there for a long period of time before it was touched. Had a car cover they never used and told me my car would be kept in the shop In the back which was a lie. They broke my window and replaced it without telling me, Burn holes in my seats, destroyed my weather stripping, chipped my doors, chipped my rear and front bumper, and hood, chipped my $1500 set of rims. They didn't even start in my car till may over a year later. They told me they were doing this and that but never really did any actually work. Shawn the owner claimed he ordered all these parts, and told me my parts I brought are right. Come to find out I had to order the other parts. Paid 14k in March of 2023 after Shawn demanded money to start on the car. But he told me he had started on it back in august of 2022. Come august when he claimed everything was said and done he said it was sent off to Fort Wayne Indiana to the tuners. I show up because my gut was telling me other wise after the crap this shop pulled on me. I go their look in the back and their it is. So I text Shawn and he said it's not their but I'm looking right at my camaro. So I go and confront his wife and demand Shawn comes here to explain. She said he was In Pennsylvania but when he picked up the phone it sounded like he was in the shop. So after confronting them they called the police on me for what ever reason. Then Shawn txted me saying he had moved my car from the shop to his personal house to be loaded up. I asked for pics but he could send me everything else but a pic of it at his house so I know my car is safe. So then when I demand for it back he had it hauled from the back lot of his shop. Claimed it was on a flat bed to be hauled to the tuners but then had to pay someone to go pick it up. Super fishy guy and business. Asked for my parts back and he has yet to produce any of them. I literally had to yank my car from this shop because of the massive go around I was going through. Shawn made so many promises just to lie to me over and over again with the same excuse. How are you going to make me pay 14k just to put me through a series of hoops. I paid 14k just to get my own parts and he still hasn't corrected the bill yet and I still do not have any of my parts back. Claimed he aligned my car but I couldn't even turn my wheel to the left.(poor alignment if anything was even done). I took the car my self to the tuners and asked for my specs and he can't even produce them for me. Claimed he had this special guy to my engine work just to take it to Napa which I don't mind. He told me his special person had it for 8months, just to tell me it was napa in august of 2023. Need my transmission specs but idk if it was really sent of or not.
