My husband bought new tires for his truck at Belle Tire, and the entire experience was a major letdown. Online pricing estimated about $1,700 after tax and installation, so we booked an 8am appointment for Saturday, Nov. 1st. He arrived early, yet the truck wasn't finished until 12pm because they were "running behind" -- which they said to nearly every customer. Then told us it was going to be $2,100. They claimed he needed new tire pressure sensors because of the larger tires but never disclosed the $80-per-sensor cost beforehand. After driving away, the steering wheel vibrated at anything over 50mph. We scheduled a follow-up on Tuesday, Nov. 4th to have the tires rebalanced, but when we arrived, they tried to charge us again. After refusing to pay since we JUST got the tires, we got the truck back only to find out they had rotated the tires instead of rebalancing them. To top it off, the front desk tech spoke to us like we didn't know what we were talking about, refused the balance request, and snapped, "Well, we didn't tell you to get the tires." Absolutely unprofessional. Now we're dealing with yet another issue: the tire pressure sensor light shows one tire at 28 PSI, but a manual gauge reads 37 PSI. We tried adding air to reach the recommended 37 PSI, but the machine automatically stopped because the tire was already full. Clearly something wasn't installed or calibrated correctly. We won't be returning. We wish we had paid attention to all the other negative reviews -- could've saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and frustration. read more

BUYER BEWARE - Belle Tire on Grape Road is openly scamming. Purchased two Master Craft tires June 2024 for the front of my car. In May 2025 l purchased two Master Craft tires. Manager said front left Master Craft was rotated to the right rear. And that the front right Master Craft was rotated to the left rear. I purchased two Master Craft 2025 for the front of my car. The front right Master Craft from 2024 is correctly on my back left wheel. The front left Master Craft from 2024 was tossed aside and I am left with my old bald Goodyear tires. I specially asked in person to have my back two bald Goodyear tires to be replaced. Manager said front of house said I never stated about the bald tires. Manager refused to give me my money back for the perfectly good 2024 tire they tossed. Manager then threatened to take back the 2025 tires. I took my vehicle for a tire change over. My appointment was at 11am. It took over 2 hours for them to complete the change over. The mechanic put the wrong locks on the vehicle and the car had to go back on the rack. The next day I received another warning about the tires. I called the office back and was told they could not fit me in until Wednesday, mind you this is a Thursday and this is your fault but I have to wait. Took the vehicle back, they corrected the problem in less than 5 minutes. Now my Cadillac hub cap just came off and is missing due to negligence. I left a review about a month ago about my experience buying a 2013 F-150. Well, I have an update (and there will be more). New update: Within about two days of driving my truck home, the check engine light came on. The combination of weather and shop schedules has prolonged the pursuit of information/resolution, but I want to share where I am because it is important information. A Ford service person looked at the code and informed me that it was P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance/Stuck Off. Hmmm...coincidence? A trusted local mechanic verified the code and the history. I found the result interesting, and at this point I'm disappointed, but not surprised. As my mechanic is not equipped for transmission work, they sent me to their go-to experts to confirm the issue, condition, and to advise me. Stay tuned. read more

I had a flat tire in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I took the tire in to be repaired because they were the only place I found open that wasn't going to make me wait five or six hours. The service writer at the counter was extremely friendly, went out and checked my tire, and informed me that they could not fix it because my tires were too worn to safely fix. I had already been told that I needed to get new tires fairly soon by someone else.I ended up buying four new tires and getting a front end alignment. They got me in almost right away under three hours I was back on the road. They have a great warranty coverage on these tires and on the alignment. I started looking through my phone for coupons and the gentleman at the counter once again was so nice and told me that he had already applied applicable coupons. As much as I hate going to tire places, and that type of thing, this overall wasa very good experience. I had always used another local tire company and complained every time about treatmentso after this experience, Belle tire will be my company of choice. read more

Absolutely awful experience here. I dropped my car off and was told there would be about a 3 hour wait. Came back in 3 hours and waited another 40 minutes. I asked the people working if they had an estimate on how much longer it would be and they said 2 MORE HOURS. How can they be this far off of giving time estimates? I wasted more than enough time on Belle Tire and will never waste any more on them, I suggest you do the same. Employees should be able to give you realistic expectations of how long you'll be waiting and do more than just have the attitude of "oh well". read more

AWFUL SERVICE VERY DISSAPOINTING! My girlfriend went into this shop to get a tire checked due to leaking, she kindly asked if it was possible to get it patched up, guy in the shop was being harsh with her, disrespectful raising his voice technically almost screaming at her telling her she can't get that tire fixed that she needed to switch it up, my girlfriend then proceeded to continue telling them if it needs to be switched up it's fine, not sure what part of that the guy didn't understand then another guy approached and proceeded to raise his voice as well then goes on and tells her that all her tires are bad that need to be switched, she proceeded to refuse that service and tell them she only wanted to either get fixed or switched out the 1 tire that was leaking. Bad costumer service! There wasn't any need to be that disrespectful or rude to talk to her that way, almost forcefully talking her into it! Never coming here again! read more

I called for a ball joint replacement and was quoted $1,130(roughly) $250 labor per side. I took my truck in and dropped it off. About an hour later I get a call that it would cost north of $1,300 because they had to use a more expensive part because the economy part wasn't available, "Ok" I said please proceed, I need my truck to steer straight down the road and not destroy tires. About an 2 hours later an get a call that "they can not replace my parts" because "they don't have the proper tool. A socket for a 4x4 Dana 60 front. I bought mine at orielys for cheap. Sounds like excuses how can ya quote a job an not know the tools or if you have staff that can do it. Thanks for wasting my time Belle tire. Not confident in you anymore. I've been coming to Belle Tire about twice a week for the last several weeks because my tire had a slow leak and they offer free air. On several occasions, employees have offered to help me, showing me how to use the air on my first time and offering assistance (and/or a backup air machine) when the air machine wasn't working correctly. On one occasion, I mentioned to an employee that I had a slow leak in my tire. He told me that they have a free fix-a-flat service and that if the problem persists, I was welcome to bring it in. He said that if it can be fixed, there will be no charge, and indicated I might have to wait 1-3 hours, depending on how many people were ahead of me. Today I decided that I had time to wait, so I brought it in. Their wait estimate upon arrival was accurate. After about 2 hours, they told me that there was a piece of metal in my tire; they removed it and patched the tire. No charge. Best service ever! Comfy chairs in the waiting area. Even a few outlets that customers can use. Very helpful employees, even when you're getting a free service! I will definitely come here again and would recommend it to anyone!! read more

Had to wait almost 7 hours to get my tires changed and my wheel alignment. I thought because I made an appointment beforehand it would help mitigate the long waiting time however this was not the case. I would've appreciated being updated on my cars progress especially after the five hour mark. Went to have a wheel stud repaired they charged me $75 more then quoted. They also changed all my lug nuts from chrome to black without telling me why. Might be good for tires but I will not use them for repairs. read more

It took them 3 hours to change one tire. Put me on several holds while they went searching for my tire that was misplaced. I had to schedule an appointment a week in advance and was told I would be lucky if the single tire would be replaced in the one day. They charge high prices and have terrible customer service. These guys are great. After a rapid deflation on the Indiana Turnpike, we limped into Discount Tire on our doughnut spare. Their attitude was very poor, refusing to help claiming they were closing in 30 minutes (even though their bays were empty w/employees standing around). I offered a $50 tip, explained our emergency, and neither the boss nor the employee gave a damn. We left and by the time we found Belle Tire (on Grape Road) they were closing in ten minutes. Without hesitation they quickly got our car in, installed a new tire, and got us back on the road. With a thank you & a smile. I do not recommend. Brakes done March 2018. Squeaking immediately. Brought in, "fixed". More squeaking. "Must be dirt". Shaking when braking. "Dirt". Brought in again. All good. More shaking & squeaking. Called. Oh should be fine. 18 months later need new rotors. Shocking! Perhaps because you didn't do them right to start!! WILL NEVER GO BACK. This should have been made right. All they could say "Manufacturer warranty on rotors is only 1 year. Well, had problems from day one. The KMART of autos. **UPDATE** Picked up car after no work done at Belle. Went to my mechanic & needed tires rotated. Brakes -GOOD. Rotors - GOOD. No need to replace pads or repair rotors. These guys changed out a tire and rim on our Jeep.took a bit to get it back into the shop,the guy who was working on it was very good, took good time and care with my car, Had a tire taken off car , tire removed from a messed up rim and put on new rim I had ordered from New York, rim was nice, paid $129.00 for it, belle tire said could have got same rim a bit cheaper, I will know next time! Great experience, I felt safe and not crowded while I waited in the Belle Tire lobby. A lot of space, and wifi worked fine. All the staff I saw were wearing masks (as was I) and they had hand sanitizer available. Brien was my counter person and was friendly and informative. I bought four tires online before the end of the rebate sale. My girlfriend went to the store on the appointment date because I had to go to work. I told her do not get anything else because they will not state the price up front and please get the rebate information. They asked her if she wanted a wheel alignment and did not state the cost. She asked if it was free since they're offering. They said no. She declined. After the tires were mounted, she asked for the rebate. I was not eligible for the rebate since it was after the sale. I received a call from my girlfriend and I argued with the manager. He stated that I bought the tires after the sale. I stated that I have the transaction on the last day of the sale plus credit card transaction posted on the last day of the sale. If everything had to be done before I qualified for the rebate, then why wasn't it explicitly stated on your website. Also, I feel like I was mislead into believing that I was to receive a $120 rebate instead of $30. I should've took screenshots. I did receive an email from Bell Tire a couple days later stating that I qualified to get the rebate but never sent me the information so what help is that. Would never go back. Do not go to Belle Tire on Grape Road! I paid over $100 for a oil change and they didn't do what they were supposed to do. When I drove off I realized they didn't check or fill the tire pressures & the windshield washer fluid was still empty. I had to turn around and come back with my baby who's not feeling so well. I popped the hood upon arrival and noticed Belle employees also left a cap off under the hood. An employee and manager came out to feel the washer fluid and out of no where a car backs into my vehicle. Not only do I have to wait for Belle to do what they were supposed to do in the first place, I also have to wait for the police. A manager apologized and offered a free oil change for the next visit. He did come back 20 minutes later as the police was filling out the accident report and offered a full refund. This was a two hour event with an infant. Not fun! Update: 3 stars since it's been awhile and I did get a refund lol read more

I was just about to load my daughter's belongings into my minivan on her college move out day, only to realize that I have a screw in my rear tire . It's 4pm & I put the move on hold to call Belle Tire. They ask me if the repair can wait until the morning. However, when I explain I was hoping to get it done tonight because I have to move my kid out of her Dorm and then drive 700 miles back home - they tell me to come in and they will squeeze me in before closing. The shop is busy when I arrive but they manage to get my car in and fix it with the speed of a pit crew. And here is where they really blew my mind. The shop rep hands me my keys and says, all done, Have a safe trip home and begins to walk away. I asked, What do I owe you for the repair? Only to be told, " Nothing - we don't charge for tire repair" Knowing I didn't buy my tires there and I live 700 miles away they still don't charge me a penny! Unheard of in this day and age. Thank you to the crew at Belle Tire. I will be timing the purchase of my next set of tires to coincide with a trip to Mishawaka. You have earned my business and gratitude. Nothing but horrible experience every time I have gone there. I went there initially and bought a set of 4 tires with warranty. I went back towards the end of my warranty because one of my tires kept going flat. They fixed that, but I was there within a week because my tire was going flat again. The gentleman working proceeded to tell me that my tire was completely bald. This doesn't happen in a week, so why wasn't I told when I was there last week? They then proceeded to tell me that my warranty ended the day after my last visit, so they could do nothing except sell me new tires. This was all about money for them. After waiting three hours, I had to have them fix my car not once but twice after getting it back. I needed two new tires and they replaced the wrong two, after noticing and having them fix it. I went to drive it home and they did such a terrible job on the alignment my car wouldn't keep straight because they over tightened it to that extent. AND the check tire light come on after leaving that place. Now back for the THIRD time today and almost four hours dealing with this place. Don't go here unless you have over half of a day to waste. Not to mention still had to pay full price , and no one was nice at all. When I went back in for the third time the guy just took my keys and didn't say a single word to me. I started out at the "other" tire shop. I stood inside the busy store for a long time and no one greeted me. And as I was standing there, I thought, "I wish I knew of another tire store." Just then (true story) Belle Tire's commercial came on the radio. It said, "come on down to Belle Tire!" So I did. Same scenario, busy place, but the difference was that as soon as I came through the door Clayton greeted me and said he'd be with me shortly. I probably waited the same amount of time but it wasn't a bother because I knew someone was going to help me as soon as they could. As soon as Clayton asked how he could help me - with a smile - it took 2 minutes to get me out the door. He got my tire from the back of my car and I was on my way. Best part ... it was a simple repair of a tire with a mail in it and it was FREE. I will never go any place else for new tires. read more
