I've had this particular branch repair one windshield and replace another, both on newer vehicles that required re-calibration of the electronics platform. In both instances, I was remarkably impressed with the cordiality of the technicians who serviced my vehicles. When asking questions, I never encountered the type of sarcasm or dismissive attitude that individuals in the industry tend to use with customers. In fact, it was always quite the opposite. The employees were extremely pleasant, called to update me on the process, and once even dropped me off at home so I didn't need to wait in the shop (I'm thinking specifically of Gage, Don, and Matt, all of whom couldn't have provided any better service)! Although I hope I don't need to return to Safelite (meaning I'd obviously prefer for my windshield not to get damaged), I'll be sure to call this location promptly if I ever need a repair in the future.

There are 2 workers in an office directly across from me, one on his phone and one on the computer. Neither bothered to acknowledge me for 3-4 minutes so I had to yell to be their attention. That's when I was approached by James who acted like I interrupted his break or something. I explained my situation and he said "I can't look up names , it's gonna pull up everyone in the country with that name." In a very rude tone. So I showed him a picture of the tire and asked if it could be patched. He reacted as if it was a stupid question and said that it was way too big to be patched. I asked if they had the same tire in stock and he asked me where the truck was. So we walked to it and he said they don't keep those tires in stock I would have to special order it and that would take days. I then asked if he could at least put the spare on so I wasn't driving on a literal wire brush. And he said "they could but it would be at least two hours till they got to me." Everything just sounded like he was bothered by me and wasn't wanting to help me at all. So I went to discount tire down the road where I got great customer service and a really good deal on 4 new tires. Your employees need to do better.

They were able to creatively fix the tear and reinstall the snap without removing the entire seat cover or leaving any visible stitching. That was a couple years ago. Most recently, they replaced the lining on an interior poof panel such that it looks better than it did new. Both jobs were completed quickly and at reasonable cost. Barry's staff appears to be middle aged guys who obviously have years of experience, and are adept at handling unique issues and explaining repairs to customers. So my only concern is that all their expertise will be gone when they retire.

I called to schedule an appointment, with the plan to utilize the July 4th promotions to get 4 new tires, as it was close to that time and 1 tire had gotten a screw stuck in it this week. Utilizing the online vehicle selection, I had a tire size and confirmed that size with the representative from the branch that I spoke with. He sent me a payment link, and I paid $712 for the 4 tires, and schedule an appointment for the next day at 2:30pm The next day, I arrived for my 2:30pm appointment (leaving work early) and sat in the lobby for 2 hours before I was told the wrong tires were paid for/prepared. I was then told for an equally well rated brand that could be in the next day, it was $130 more for the next size. As Belle tire has an error in their sizing portal online, I was astonished that I would be responsible for this price difference, especially after waiting 2 hours to be told this. We moved forward with the plan for now the next day to come in at 8:30am for another appointment. I arrived this morning for my 8:30am appointment (taking the morning off of work) and I waited another 3 hours for them to change my tires, and be billed the additional $130. I understand there is more price for more materials, but the time spent on this fiasco, and the mistakes on the part of Belle Tire (the website and the associate I spoke with before paying initially) should have at least discounted that extra money, as I lost nearly a full day of work due to drive time as well. This feels like a *Bait and Switch*, as the Toyota Corolla Cross XLE ONLY comes with 18" rims, and the website quoted me for the 17" rims. The workers wrote this off as the car "having multiple sizes for rims" but that just isn't the case for the XLE. I only settled on Belle tire due to the price of the quality tire with the deal I had, but I ended up losing that.
