After taking my information, he got to work. Once the oil was drained he asked asked what grade of oil I wanted, synthetic or conventional. He explained the mileage and price differences of the two. During the oil change he held a friendly conversation while continuing to focus on the job at hand. When he plugged up the bottom and serviced the oil, he filled the window washer fluid, spray lube door hinges, and checked/serviced the tires. Markus had me on the road in about 30 minutes of arriving. Held a cool little conversation. Didn't try to rip me off but explained all the services that Instant Lube provided. Being a mechanic myself I appreciated him for his honesty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for your automotive needs.

I was disappointed - make sure you ask them while on-site, before they start the work. There was an extra cost for programming the key ($60!) and another $20 for the physical key to get in the door. My vehicle at the end of April 2026 had less than 30k miles and was still under warranty when my transmission had to be rebuilt twice between end of April 2026 and end of July 2026. Transmission is still slipping but I was told by the Fixed Operations Manager that "CF is NOT GOING TO SPEND ANY MORE TIME OR MONEY ON YOUR VEHICLE, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!" Wow! I retired after 30 years of a very successful sales career and would have been fired if I ever treated a customer like that. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Opened a claim with Ford but crickets, so not getting any help there either. Now I'm stuck with a slipping transmission on a vehicle still under warranty. Thanks a bunch CF for not fixing my vehicle back to an acceptable status and for the lack of customer service.

Most I have ever paid for an oil change and I always do full synthetic. If you do get full synthetic check your owners manual or just google, you do not need to change it in 3,000 miles like their sticker says. I do not appreciate the service specifically Michael gave. Micheal was the tech above, from the start he was asking me my tire pressure and looking at my tires' max rated pressure to tell me what he thought it should be. As he was looking I mentioned it should be 35 psi and was opening to show him the information sticker in my door jam. His response before my door barely moved was that you actually are supposed to follow the tires specs, which is wrong. I might be a woman which caused him to look down upon me but I worked in the diesel mechanic industry, I know how cars work especially something as simple as tire pressure even though Micheal doesn't seem to. I shortly responded "well they are currently at 40 psi so they are fine", I have not adjusted my tire pressure down from the winter yet due to being busy, the same reason I came to valvoline get my oil changed. From there I know he would not be able to check my washer fluid level due to it being built into the side of my engine that you can not see, he entered it as checked-OK, I have not filled it since December. A respectable oil change place tops off the washer fluid. They finish changing my oil and I go home. The next day on my way to work I notice 2/3 of the way to work I smell slight burning oil, which if I was none the wiser would cause me to worry that my car was leaking oil a day after getting an oil change at vavoline. I will give credit, it is not leaking as I did go under my car today to check. Now, I am aware my vehicle doesn't have a good engine filter set up but the amount of oil left on the undercarriage of my vehicle was sloppy. Only took me 30 seconds to wipe down with a shop towel after I got under but that is a 30 seconds that should have been taken by Glenn, the tech in the pit, to have respect for his workmanship. The final straw though in this unprofessional and overpriced oil change is today, when I opened my hood to work on my car I noticed that Micheal left a dirty shop towel inside of my engine compartment. Micheal needs additional training. I will not be returning to this establishment.

They lied about looking at it on day one, then gave it back "no charge" the next day because they found nothing wrong. The boot is torn in half with grease all over. Last year they did the same thing. I had a cooling issue and they sent me home "no charge" with a new radiator cap, it turns out to be a blown head gasket.
