My car was done in a timely manner and it actually cost less than I thought it would which was a nice bonus. My son has had work done there as well on his vehicle. If people have a problem or an issue with anything they do the best thing would be to talk directly to them instead of rushing online to leave a negative review. Sometimes In the course of working on a vehicle they can discover other problems that need to be addressed. I know there's a lot of mechanics out there that will actually trump up issues that are not really happening to get more money for the business. If a person has an issue with any new thing that is discovered that needs to be fixed, ask them to notify you when they discover something else and if you need verification or proof ask if you can go into the bay and they can show you exactly what the problem is. Some people that leave negative reviews are just downright miserable about their life or some sort of situation and they take it out on people that have nothing to do with it. Things happen; sometimes a wrong part may come in, or it's defective and has to be exchanged, or other things can crop up that will delay the vehicle getting repaired in the timeframe the customer was given. There's too much in this world to get upset about and there's always somebody that's ready to rant about it. Stress and anxiety about things we have no control of can make us crazy or even sick. Autozone itself has been an outstanding company for DIY customer with top quality product and comparable price than any other Auto parts supply. This particular store has not shown any customer service ethnicity since I have been stopping by when my other favorites Autozone stores did not carry my requested parts. It has been a challenging event when entering the store because they automatically look/talk you down when needing/asking anything. I regretted having my family member get my orders from them because they feel upset when they come back home - No customer service basic 101. Please Autozone Corp find your Mission Statement and evaluate the need for customers within this branch. I hope to later come back with a reply with positive outcome once we figure out how to improve this branch. I'd give no stars if possible. Where do I start! Took my…read morevehicle in for a starter. They did diagnostic testing to check battery, alternator and starter before changing. Said they cleaned up battery terminals and changed the starter. 2 days later after getting it back I had to replace the battery that the tech didn't put the connections on property and caused it to arc, as well as they broke the battery connection sensor. My battery is in my wheel well, and when I was going to change it, my lugs were never torqued down, I could spin off with my fingers, there was damage to the vehicle and the battery sensor connector was broken. Marcus said he'd fix this and replace the part for free and call me when it's in. I've called back and he claims its still on order, but yet the parts store has it in stock. I thought he'd do great work for me, but I'll never go back!
