I buy auto parts there a lot because it's cheaper and the advice is golden ! My kids car needed two ignition coils and eight plugs . To have it done anywhere was twice what I paid for parts and doing it myself. He told me he could do it cheaper but changing one ignition coil instead of all eight , would leave me changing the rest soon after . Said one good one makes the rest go bad . He also told me those expensive plugs I wanTed to get , go bad a lot quicker and sold me good ones that weren't the cheapest either but he had good experience with them . I did that job myself and his coils were two thirds the price of one of those auto parts stores that are opened till late even on Saturday, with competitive prices . in my experience, They're Good honest guys .

During the oil change he held a friendly conversation while continuing to focus on the job at hand. When he plugged up the bottom and serviced the oil, he filled the window washer fluid, spray lube door hinges, and checked/serviced the tires.
