Better off going with a professional place like Belle Tire, Discount Tire or other franchise with clear pricing and accountability. After taking my information, he got to work. Once the oil was drained he asked asked what grade of oil I wanted, synthetic or conventional. He explained the mileage and price differences of the two. During the oil change he held a friendly conversation while continuing to focus on the job at hand. When he plugged up the bottom and serviced the oil, he filled the window washer fluid, spray lube door hinges, and checked/serviced the tires. Markus had me on the road in about 30 minutes of arriving. Held a cool little conversation. Didn't try to rip me off but explained all the services that Instant Lube provided. Being a mechanic myself I appreciated him for his honesty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for your automotive needs.

He sent a tech, who happened to be Ron's son, to my house in the timeframe which we agreed.
