Well, you can bet your ass, I will never go back to there and anybody who does you're a fool I have warranty insurance on my vehicle but because they couldn't find nothing wrong they charged me $90 for the diagnostic kept the car most of the day but first they told me they would get to it when they get to it and everything else goes wrong with my car screw the warranty. I will go pay for it out-of-pocket and put in a claim but I suggest to everyone in Laporte don't go there number one I don't think they know what the hell they're doing and number two that's how you're supposed to treat customers talking to them like they're absolute idiots. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with him. I would not recommend buying a battery from this guy or having him install it. When the battery failed after only three months, it should have been replaced for free under warranty. However, because Scotty purchased it under his account, Advance Auto wouldn't replace it for me. Even though I had already removed the bad battery myself, he still tried to charge me $122 just to install the replacement. What should have been a free warranty replacement ended up costing me $250 out of pocket. Very disappointing experience -thanks, Scotty.

Then I emailed their Gmail address directly...another week without a response. Then I called & spoke to a Drew. He said he saw the emails but never got around to answering them. He said he'd call back with a price. Another week without a reply. Had to call again and make him quote while I waited. I have no idea why getting a quote was so difficult. After waiting three weeks for a quote, I had to wait another three weeks for an appointment. I was ready to bail out but the reviews were very good and they're only 5 minutes away so I gave them a shot. When I picked up the car, I mentioned that the spark plugs would need to be replaced in the near future. Drew made a note and said he'd call or email with a quote for that. It's been 10 days so I doubt that quote is ever coming either. As far as I can tell the work was fine. Getting the quote was the difficult part. If a company isn't setup to respond to internet requests, that's fine...but they have to remove that option from their site if they're just ignoring them. I wasn't going to publish this review but the owner requested it. So here it is. Maybe I caught them during a really bad month? UPDATE - Used them a 2nd time (was sure to call this time vs email) to replace the hard to access spark plugs and they called to tell me that the plugs had already been replaced by the previous owner and that there was no need and would be no charge. Many places would have just replaced them needlessly or at least charged a fee to check them. Was very impressed!
