never met a more rude son of a bitch in my life. Says I did a diagnostic. I find nothing wrong. I tell him it's happened about six times now. He looks at us like we're liars. Why would we be lying? Well, you can bet your ass, I will never go back to there and anybody who does you're a fool I have warranty insurance on my vehicle but because they couldn't find nothing wrong they charged me $90 for the diagnostic kept the car most of the day but first they told me they would get to it when they get to it and everything else goes wrong with my car screw the warranty. I will go pay for it out-of-pocket and put in a claim but I suggest to everyone in Laporte don't go there number one I don't think they know what the hell they're doing and number two that's how you're supposed to treat customers talking to them like they're absolute idiots. Beware!!!!! They put an incorrect aftermarket alternator and battery in my vehicle which in turn shorted out the main module. They had the vehicle for in total almost 9 months (yes that is correct!!) and could not figure out why it would be dead after sitting longer than 10-12 hrs and had to be jumped. Eventually, they returned the vehicle unfixed and I had to take it to the dealership which cost me $4000 to fix (replace alternator/battery with proper ones) and replace the main module. It runs great now. They would then not accept any responsibility for their wrongdoings and ultimately we ended up in small claims court and I lost on a technicality. The owner bragged in an email about how many times he has been to court and won which to me says that there are many others like me where they have done very poor work and not owned up to it. I would definitely go someplace else unless you want to end up like me - out a lot of money and without a vehicle for a very long time. read more

Will never go back here again. Had a jasper motor and transmission installed by these guys for $7500. 6 mths. Later truck was making front end noise took it back to them to repair and got nothing but the run around. They also had the truck for five days. Any how they gave me a $900 quote said the whole front end both sides needed repaired with parts only the dealer carried. Told them they're crazy don't touch a thing. Next day checked for parts on autozones website and you guessed it they do carry the parts Harmon's said I needed,which I didnt even need any way turns out it was the muffler banging around because some dumb a** couldn't even put the bracket that holds the muffler tight back on the right way. Now one would think that spending $7500 with them they would treat you a little better then trying to screw me over for another $900. Guess they must be that hard up for money or figured I had plenty of money. Anyhow don't go here unless you like giving away your hard earned money for work you don't even need done. read more
