They have MVP Towing and Recovery sent out. The dispatcher calls me to be sure of my location (remember I am under the viaduct). 30 minutes pass, no tow truck. So I call the tow truck driver number that the dispatcher had given me. Turns out he was above me, cruising looking for me and could not see me under the viaduct. They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. They came to my truck in less than 15 minutes and towed my truck to the shop. Bruce advised my tire was bot fixable, but had a used tire in the size I needed. They mounted and balance the new tire in mere minutes. I was back on the road in no time.
