Family owned, no corporate up sell gimmicks. They are trustworthy, they provide great customer service, great communication, DEPENDABLE, great team and they stand firm behind their work. Ask any question about the repair or your vehicle and they will answer it. Their repairs exceed OEM specs. They are truly a shop that wants to help their customers and make sure they are in a safe dependable vehicle. I could go on and on about their work and how great of individuals they are. Once you take your vehicle to them, you won't be taking it anywhere else. They are also very reasonable with their prices, just to add on to all of the other boxes they check!

Why would we be lying? Well, you can bet your ass, I will never go back to there and anybody who does you're a fool I have warranty insurance on my vehicle but because they couldn't find nothing wrong they charged me $90 for the diagnostic kept the car most of the day but first they told me they would get to it when they get to it and everything else goes wrong with my car screw the warranty. I will go pay for it out-of-pocket and put in a claim but I suggest to everyone in Laporte don't go there number one I don't think they know what the hell they're doing and number two that's how you're supposed to treat customers talking to them like they're absolute idiots.
