These are run-flat tires designed to be driven up to 50 miles with no air at all. As a result, cars fitted with these tires are not outfitted with spares, nor do they contain spare tire compartments. The problem was the nearest shop with this tire in stock was 42 miles away. Enter Dustin at Grand Beach Towing. He arrived at our location in minutes, secured our car with great care, and drove my wife and myself to a location 42 miles away. While in route, he told stories about accommodating groups with more people than he had capacity to carry in his cab, by having friends and family to assist in transporting them, because he didn't want to leave them alone at a strange location. He is a great guy, and really honest. I would recommend him to anyone, including family.

We were traveling with two kiddos and a dog from Colorado to upstate NY and had issues (we thought) with our transmission. Let's just say that Jason and his son Dustin went WAY beyond the call of duty and helped us identify and fix the real problem (trailer brakes). They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did.
