These are run-flat tires designed to be driven up to 50 miles with no air at all. As a result, cars fitted with these tires are not outfitted with spares, nor do they contain spare tire compartments. The problem was the nearest shop with this tire in stock was 42 miles away. Enter Dustin at Grand Beach Towing. He arrived at our location in minutes, secured our car with great care, and drove my wife and myself to a location 42 miles away. While in route, he told stories about accommodating groups with more people than he had capacity to carry in his cab, by having friends and family to assist in transporting them, because he didn't want to leave them alone at a strange location. He is a great guy, and really honest. I would recommend him to anyone, including family.

I cannot say enough good things about Need A Lift Auto Towing Service and especially Jamie, the…read moredriver who helped me today. What started as a very stressful day turned into a much better experience thanks to his professionalism and kindness. I hit a huge pothole on I-94 near Gary, Indiana, which caused a flat tire and left me stranded on the shoulder with traffic flying by at highway speeds. I was on my way home to spend Father's Day with my dad, and this was the last thing I expected to happen. From the moment Jamie spoke with me on the phone, he was calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. He made me feel like I was in good hands before he even arrived. Once he got there, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. Jamie then drove both me and my vehicle all the way to my dealer's service department in Illinois. During the drive, we had a wonderful conversation, and I was impressed by how warm, friendly, and compassionate he was. After many years in the towing industry, it would be easy for someone to become indifferent, but Jamie was exactly the opposite. He showed genuine empathy and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire experience. If you ever find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend Need A Lift Auto Towing Service. Thank you, Jamie, for turning a difficult and stressful situation into a much more positive experience. Your outstanding customer service will not be forgotten.
