I knew he was in route but he should have called, rang the door bell, or knocked on the door to introduce himself before starting the job. I heard noises so I went outside and I introduced myself to him. He told me the hole was in one place which turned out to be true but I initially told him the hole was in a different place which also turned out to be true which he finally agreed. They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did. They have MVP Towing and Recovery sent out. The dispatcher calls me to be sure of my location (remember I am under the viaduct). 30 minutes pass, no tow truck.
