Family owned, no corporate up sell gimmicks. They are trustworthy, they provide great customer service, great communication, DEPENDABLE, great team and they stand firm behind their work. Ask any question about the repair or your vehicle and they will answer it. Their repairs exceed OEM specs. They are truly a shop that wants to help their customers and make sure they are in a safe dependable vehicle. I could go on and on about their work and how great of individuals they are. Once you take your vehicle to them, you won't be taking it anywhere else. They are also very reasonable with their prices, just to add on to all of the other boxes they check!

We only found out because a friend of ours saw our vehicle on a tow truck bed and our friend called us. The lady at stans who i spoke to assumed that the vehicle was totaled and gave the permission to have the vehicle released to the auction company without notifiying us or having us sign. We still had personal property in the vehicle and not given notice to come clean out the car. We had not even received the police report or a call from insurance yet! First and last time using Stans! Beware!

I've had three expensive repairs done in the last few months, and they all feel like the prices were high. And not being able to see what I paid makes a question and trust the service that I'm getting. Keep in mind the work they do has always been satisfactory. But something just doesn't sit right, not being able to see what I'm being charged. When I asked, they told me that I should never have been able to receive an itemized bill. From what I understand, this is wrong. Everything I read online tells me that I should receive an itemized bill, and other mechanics that I called to inquire said the same.
