I drove into the car wash and within a few seconds what looked like a rock flew off the car in front of me and put a long crack on my front windshield. I SHOWED it to them. They said they would get back to me by the next day. I went back to them 2 days later and said you haven't contacted me yet. They told me the crack was already there, and showed me a picture that had a look that didn't match anything on my windshield. The experience started nicely; the guy who took payment was very nice. However, the guy holding the sign at the entrance to the wash was very unprofessional and rude. He was rolling his eyes at me and talking to me like I was stupid when my electric vehicle wasn't switching into neutral. read more

Had vehicle damaged when going through the wash. Initial response was that they would review video and get back to us. "crickets". went back several weeks later and spoke with another rep and he promised it only takes a few days to go over incident and will return with a call. "crickets". Had an elevated conversation on the phone today but i'm sure the Drive and Shine crickets will be chirping. Overall, They need to respond when telling customers they will respond. I'm also not a big fan of the Brush washes as I have had scratches from their location. I will never return and use brushless facilities going forward. read more

I know I will get a full check in when I come, but I'm always there longer than I expect. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The cost is higher than other places, however they do a good job. You can get a standard car wash included in the service when you are done. read more

I used the car wash and initially signed up for the monthly. The salesperson never told me it was subscription. But it was a good value so I kept it far longer than I intended. Then I got rear ended and 3 weeks later hit some debris damaging my front bumper and drivers door. So no car washes. But I wanted to vacuum my car before taking it to the shop. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to access the vacuum room. Something else they don't tell you is you can't vacuum unless you wash your car. Now I am unable to use their service as the body shop says, hand wash ortouch free until the clear coat settles, 60 days. So I go to cancel. It would not take my info and process the cancel on my IPad. They seem nice, the service is reasonable but there should be no surprises. And when canceling it should be easy Peasy. I went through the car wash in Niles for the first time today and chose the ruby wash. I did not choose to sign up for a monthly vip, as I wanted to try the wash at least once before committing to it. I am very glad that I didn't go for the monthly vip. My car came out still dirty, with water spots all over. To top it off, after making a comment about it on their Facebook page, they deleted the comment and blocked me from being able to comment again. I would give a 0 star rating if i could... went in for a 10 minute oil change and left 4 hours later. The tech in the pit drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil, while the tech up top put 5 more quarts of oil in the engine. My import doesn't have a dipstick so they couldn't check the oil level manually. The car had twice the amount of oil needed! When I started the car the engine shook and then shut down and the transmission light came on because there was no fluid in the reservoir. They called in a manager from another location who diagnosed the problem. They refilled the trans fluid and finally removed the correct drain plug and changed the oil. After my 4 hour oil change debacle, they still charged me! read more
