I have tried contacting them to the number that's on the website 574-777-0525 I always get a prerecorded message that all the representatives are busy. It tells you to leave a voicemail and they'll call you back but no one ever calls you back. It also tells you to use option number two to have someone return to call to your phone number but again no one ever calls back. I have also tried contacting them through the website and given them my email address and phone number and no one has contacted me. I went to the location in Goshen but the gentleman that i spoke to said that he could not do anything about that and that I had to contact the number that's on the website the same one that I've called multiple times with no response. I give them a negative five stars for terrible customer service and no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to about your account. I figure that if I posted a review maybe they would see this and actually try to contact me. It's funny the response that they give on all of these reviews is the same stupid number that I keep calling and no one ever answers or calls you back.

I have made a comment on their Facebook page to warn others and of course they delete it.

I paid $11 for a basic wash and I was very happy with the speed and quality of the wash. My car came out sparkly clean and I was in and out of there in less then 10 minutes, even tho there was a long line or cars when I arrived. Besides the traditional drive-thru wash you might see at a gas station, there is an attendant before you enter the tunnel. They use a soapy brush to manually scrub off any stuck-on dirt from your car. The wash tunnel has two different cleaning stages. Soft cloth then soft brushes. After that you go through the rinse and finally the dry. I don't know what all you get for the more premium washes, but I chose the most basic option and I'm very happy with the results.

I called Dan's mind you I was 25 minutes away and I called it about 11 AM on Saturday. They close at noon. I spoke to Ryan who I believe is a customer service manager, possibly or the shop manager Ryan did not hesitate to tell me to come by the sooner the better and that he could get me taken care of, even though they would be closing in less than a half an hour after I would be arriving Curtis the amazing technician who offered to stay late to make sure I was taken care of provided me with every detail and answer to every question I had and Ryan did the same as well along with sending me pictures of the process throughout. I cannot recommend these guys in this establishment more. I wish I could give 10 stars. They know what they're talking about. They do a great job and they are truly professionals. Without asking, they keep you up to date on installation progress with pictures. Start to finish perfectly executed and on schedule. I wish all businesses ran like this one. They take justified pride in what they do, and it most definitely shows. Above, was the more succinct "30,000 foot" view of our experience. Below, is a more detailed view of our experience for those who may be interested. We were looking for a flat tow hitch to pull our Jeep behind our class A motorhome. Stacy kindly greeted me and introduced me to Ryan. Ryan walked through some scenarios and asked questions to determine what was most important to me. I was looking for strength, durability, and simplicity. He walked me though options to accomplish that. He had Tai show me a couple hitch designs and how they operate. We got the heavy-duty Blue Ox hitch and the integral Demco braking system permanently mounted in the Jeep. No separate braking unit/machine to put on the floor behind the brake pedal to attach and adjust, as well as take back out, and stow every time. With the Demco system, we just flip a switch on a box under the dash to activate or disconnect the tow braking system. That's it...done. It is more money, but considering the reliability, simplicity, and particularly the speed of set-up/tear down it brings to the table, it is well worth the extra cost to us. Not that it was that much more in the scheme of things. We scheduled the installation. Everything was like clockwork to the proposed schedule. We took the Jeep in 1st. After a couple days we took the motorhome in. The next day everything was done, ready for training, and pickup. Tai did an outstanding job training us the proper steps for coupling and uncoupling the hitch, as well as, putting the Jeep in the correct state to safely tow it. That was more involved than I anticipated. Incorrectly doing a step can damage the vehicle. But don't worry. They give you a comprehensive check sheet for the coupling, uncoupling, and vehicle set up procedure. If you just follow that step by step, you will have no problem. We are laminating it and will keep in the motorhome with the hitch components. I also scanned it as a pdf file in my phone. I like having the checklist as this is nothing you want to be complacent with. Missing a detail can damage your vehicle(s), create a dangerous situation and potentially be fatal for people that happen to be near a failure on the highway. Aren't you glad pilots always use preflight checklists no matter how experienced they are? ;) Tai also took us through some "what if or might happen" scenarios that did not happen during our training. He told us how to address them IF they arise. Coincidently, one happened when we went to uncouple when we got home. We knew what to do to easily overcome the minor intermittent obstacle. By covering that, it saved us from making SOS phone call to them. They know what they are doing. Then once assured the training was done and understood, Tai rode along with us on a test ride to be sure we were comfortable with the operation and handling. Quite frankly, if it were not for the rear-view camera, I wouldn't even know the Jeep was back there. The Jeep tracks exactly the path the motorhome took around corners. All worked perfectly. My review is perhaps verbose. But you were forewarned after the 1st paragraph which was a delightfully concise general overview. You could have stopped there. But apparently you didn't and I am not sorry. I felt it was worth my time, as it was earned, to detail our experience and how satisfied we are with Dan's Hitch and Service Center. Hopefully this review was worth your time reading and helpful in your pursuit. Thanks!

As luck would have it, taking off my tire and putting on the spare was not as easy of a task as expected and it took almost an hour to accomplish. I rushed to Belle Tire (as fast as a donut could allow) and walked in at 5:40. There were multiple cars in the bays and several customers were waiting. I approached a man I later found out to be Nick Huff, and asked if there was any way he could squeeze me in. At first, he said they couldn't do it, they didn't have time. He asked if I could leave the tire and he would patch it in the morning and I could come pick it up. I understood. But I mentioned that I live 45 minutes away, and it would take much longer on a donut. I said I needed to make a call before agreeing to leave it. But he stopped me and said, "Wait. Let's just get it. I'll do it." He followed me to my car and got the tire. He took out the screw, patched it, aired it up and put it back on my car before re-mounting the spare underneath for me. When I tell you, I almost cried. Twenty minutes later, I was walking out the door to start my 45 min drive back home. No charge. I will only use Drive & Shine! I've been a long time customer of Drive & Shine and their people are always so friendly and eager to help. They explain the services thoroughly and I always know exactly what I'm getting. I've had my car washed other places and it never comes out looking as nice. Plus, my daughter loves it. Every time we're near she always asks if we can "go see the lights and the monkeys!" It's the only carwash she isn't terrified of. I like that they are locally owned and are environmentally friendly - their tunnels are long so they don't have to use aggressive equipment and chemicals to get your car cleaned. I love getting my oil changed there as well. I don't know anything about the inner workings of cars so it's nice to go and feel like you can trust what the techs tell you. They showed me exactly what was needed and also let me know what was still good. They took out my air filter and showed me it was still in great shape and didn't need replaced instead of trying to talk me into a new one. The guys in the detail shop are also awesome! Last summer, I had a half gallon of chocolate milk roll out of one of my shopping bags and under the seat. Before I discovered it - It exploded! The guys in the detail shop not only got the stain out of my light tan carpet and seats, the nasty, sour milk smell was completely gone. I didn't think it could be done but they did it! read more

Had a bad experience with the oil change shop in Nile's. Went in for an oil change and they only put in one quart of oil and a quart of Lucas oil stop leak. I drove it all day with low or no oil pressures but thought it was fine because they showed me the dipstick. Went back in the evening and they did everything over again and the oil pressure was fine. I am sure there was damage done but they won't fix it. District manager focused on these items: 1: The vehicle has a lot on mileage and it has oil leaks . 2: I don't change my oil at 3,000 miles which is true. The manufacturer does not require it. Unless they have inferior oil, then that shouldn't be an issue. 3: He has 25 years in the business. Apparently he has never had an issue ever with employees making mistakes. 4: He thinks he knows my vehicle better than me. Quite untrue. So if you have a high mileage vehicle or change your oil at over 3,000 miles don't go there. I have two vehicles with a total of 600,000 miles and have always changed oil at around 5,000 miles with never an engine problem. read more

Tried out the new self-serve vacuum facility in Elkhart, and I have to say I was SO impressed. The vacuum suction was the best I've found around here in a long time. The facility was super clean! & Last but not least I received some of the upmost excellent service. I haven't had the pleasure of being able to leave a review in a very long time due to lack of service globally due to the pandemic. However, Mike at the Elkhart location changed that for me this weekend. He gave above and beyond service. Was very informative, friendly, and helpful. I will for sure look into getting my package upgraded so I can use the services for free. It is DEF worth paying a little more monthly for this access in my opinion at least. read more

What an amazing place, I got the diamond wash and my car looks great. I then used the interior cleaning area and it is such a beautiful structure. Big open windows provide lots of light and they pipe in music. It is also climate controlled and you can't get better than that on a cold day. The facility is very clean the vacuums are powerful, you could not ask for a better place to detail your car. read more

The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! (And for making it out there alive!)

They ordered my cover. I took it down to them on a Friday morning. Let it sit there all day went down to pick it up and I noticed that they had not undercoat inside of the cab or the doors or anything so he told me that it was made out of aluminum. Then he got a magnet and figured out that it was not so I had to take it back in on a Monday morning to get the cab indoors coded and doing so they got spray all over the outside of my cab which they wiped down, which was OK but the gentleman who was doing it had undercoating on his clothes. Got to drive my truck out and left a big old black smudge on the back of my seat now granted this truck is only got 100 miles on it so they took it back in and did some stuff to get it out. Put a seat cover on it for me so I could drive home and when it dried, there was still a black Ish mark on my seat my wife and I worked on it to get it out. There's still a little bit there, but it's so light. You can hardly see it now, but that is not the point the point is my brand new car is got a stain in the seat because of what these guys did I don't know if they did a good job under recording it or not you gotta take it back in every year to get it touched up which they gave me a free one because of the trouble that I had and I'm wondering how many people have had your cars and trucks undercoating and they forgot to do a whole section of it and nobody really knows it. I noticed it because I kind of knew what I was looking for, but I bet you a lot of people really don't they seem to make good on what they did. It was a big ordeal over two days and like I said they got stain on my seat. I am not happy. My truck has got 165 miles on it and I got a stain in the seat already.
