They were NOT busy. Two cars in stalls when I arrived. Counted 10 staff between front lobby and in stalls. Staff didnt care and lots of standing around socializing in stalls And on their phones. Front desk left unattended quite often. If you are the business owner of this site and tead this there is no way you are making money. The maitenance services that make the real money for you are being ignored. Staff costs compared to work being done there is no way a profit is being made.

BAIT and SWITCH .... This time I talked to different employee (F....) and he wanted to make sure the quote was correct ... he did a review of the previous quote and found it to be correct in the amount of $360. On the day of actual service the manager (3rd) employee quoted me a price well over $600 ! Needless to say I was shocked and canceled the service. That's the old "BAIT and SWITCH " routine. Get you to agree to 1 price (bait) and then change (switch) to a 2nd much higher price hoping you'll agree. How would you rate this ?

Rusty's has always been upfront and honest on if any repairs are needed and what prices they would charge for parts. They are very kind when getting the job done and have never steered me wrong. My parents and grandparents have all been going to them since they first opened and I have even switched our fleet vehicles to them for service because they are a fairly priced and trustworthy company. I have even had a time where a mechanic accidentally backed my car into a hitch on someone else's bumper and they called me right away to notify me and let me know that they would replace the bumper. My vehicle was done within two days, and the bumper was brand new and no issues. They have always been a great company to deal with and are upfront with everything, speaking on this review from not only myself but three generations of my families' views on their company. If you are on a timeframe to make sure you get your vehicle back in time, they are always making sure they can work with you and keep you informed.
