He even called their parts distributor to make sure I would receive them before the weekend, which I did. It was Saturday around 2:30 and I was so worried I wouldn't find a place open to help me. I stopped at the Ace Hardware in town and they directed me here because they were still open to 4:00. I drove there and spoke with Brian (the owner) about my car. He took my car out for a drive and said he thought it was probably a wheel bearing gone bad. I had to drive back to Indianapolis the next day and had kids with me etc. I needed it fixed now. He was not able to help me because his shop was full and they closed at 4:00. BUT he started calling other places he thought might be open to see if they could help me!! He found a Firestone in Kalamazoo that he spoke with and said asked if they could help me today. They could!!! Brian actually knew Rick who worked there for 20+ years and told him I'd be right over. So I thanked him profusely (and his wife, Brenda) and drove slowly there. Well Rick @ Firestone got my car all fixed and I couldn't be anymore grateful that Brian from Family Auto went above and beyond finding someone for me to go to. On top of it all Brian CALLED Firestone to make sure I made there ok. Amazing kindness!!! All I can say that people that show this amount of kindness and caring to a stranger have to a great business that cares!!!
