Less than an hour after suggesting weekly pay, I was fired. I hope my mop job on the floor leaves a taste in their mouths for years to come. I spent a good 10 hours on that lower bay mopping and cleaning up years of garbage. Avoid working here.

I saw there was only 1 and felt I should add my experiences. My family has been taking our cars here for almost 30 years. Extremely reliable and honest service. Fast, fair prices, straight talk and no upsells or unnecessary work. They find what's wrong, fix it, and nothing more. What else can you ask for? We have had numerous quick repairs done at no cost and some extensive diagnosis work done for very little or free. I personally have lived in various cities and been to countless mechanics with numerous cars and have not yet found a repair shop as reliable as Woodwards. When I called to see if they would have the battery my SUV required, the friendly voice on the phone said yes, come on in. As I arrived a few minutes later, I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 or 4 young men opening the overhead door and waving me in. Before I could even get out of the car, they were scanning the VIN and opening the hood. I was directed to the waiting area and offered coffee and water. As I was ready to settle in, one of the guys came in and said the battery in my car checked out in great condition and I am good to go. For whatever flukey reason it hadn't started earlier, I had assurance to proceed on my roadtrip, as everything looked good. There was absolutely no charge and 100% excellent customer service.
