When I called to see if they would have the battery my SUV required, the friendly voice on the phone said yes, come on in. Before I could even get out of the car, they were scanning the VIN and opening the hood. I was directed to the waiting area and offered coffee and water. As I was ready to settle in, one of the guys came in and said the battery in my car checked out in great condition and I am good to go. For whatever flukey reason it hadn't started earlier, I had assurance to proceed on my roadtrip, as everything looked good. There was absolutely no charge and 100% excellent customer service. He said how do I know if that's for the car we worked on. The receipt clearly showed the year make and model with my last name on the receipt. He purposely had me come down there just to say he wouldn't do the job. I've been doing business with them for 30 years so has my family. We will never step foot in this place again and I guarantee you I will spread the word on how unprofessional Scott was and how the so called mechanics can't even put a simple tire on correctly.
