Their repair schedule was full and, since my car was drivable, I had to wait a few months to get it repaired. But, it was definitely worth the wait because they did a fantastic job and my car looks like new. Unfortunately, I recently had a parking lot incident which resulted in a bad scrape to the side of my car, and it also affected a tire. When I brought it back to Lakeview Body Shop for an estimate, again their schedule was full for several months. But since I told Aaron (the owner) that I had plans to move out of state soon, he assured me that, depending on what needed to be done and availability of parts needed, he would try to get me in ASAP. True to his word, I was called in a few days and told that I could bring my car in the next week. When I brought my car in for the repairs, Aaron personally took the time to explain to me that since one tire had been damaged, and the tread on all of my tires was extremely low, I should get all four tires replaced. He then took the time to work directly with Discount Tire to secure and mount all four new tires, keeping me informed and in the loop during the whole process. I honestly can't say enough good things about Lakeview Body Shop, Aaron, and Sue and Melanie in the office. If you need any body repairs to your vehicle, you should call them. Even if you have to wait, I promise that you won't be disappointed. The service and repairs that you get will be well worth any wait that you may have. I have a 2014 Chevy Suburban and I was in a car accident in February. Some lady hit an icy patch…read moreand slid through an intersection and struck the front side of the driver's side portion of my vehicle. The work on the front to replace the headlight was amazing and it was so amazing, I didn't even see the long scratch in the finish coat they put on the driver's side door after they tried to blend in the paint. I did, however, notice the handle as soon as I tried to pull my door shut, the clips inside cracked and now I have a broken handle. I mentioned about the back bumper needing repair and to please add it to the list of items damaged in the accident (because I bounced into another car and swerved back into the first one) and he said he would have to write that down and of course never fixed it; forgot about it completely. He gave me a card to reach out later but honestly the only thing good about this place was the customer service. I should not ever find hidden broken clips in my door handle that someone tried to cover up nor should I see a scratch in the finish coat of paint that runs the entire length of my door. I will be taking it someplace else to fix their mistakes.

**Update 1 Aug 2024**…read more I went back thru the carwash yesterday and both of my issues had been remedied/corrected. The air dryer ran for the full cycle and I checked 3 of the 4 card swipers (4th bay was out of order) and my card did not get snagged whatsoever. Owner has been very quick to respond to messages and also taking action on repairs. I like that the touchless carwash has 4 selections and does a good job of reaching all areas of even my larger pickup. I have been using this facility since it opened a couple years ago. I was excited considering I would drive all the way to Marshall to use their touchless but now have a facility about 5 minutes away. Over the past 2 years the dryer function has deteriorated with a majority of the time it only running for about 15 seconds before shutting off, even though we pay for 60 seconds. 2nd issue is the card swipers in the bay's. Not only do 2 of them not read cards, but 1 of them actually "chews" up the edges of your card, peeling back the lamination and scuffs/scratches the magnetic strip on the back of the card. The convenience of the ability to use credit/debit cards in the bays would be great if they could actually be used. The reliability concerns with the touchless drive-thru dryer are all enough to send me back to my original wash in Marshall. It's worth the longer drive (15-20ish minutes 1 way) for the peace of mind knowing their equipment has never let me down. ** Update ** I did post on 2 platforms. I found the facebook site after this one and had the opportunity to message directly with the owner. I feel that they listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I will revise both this rating and the Facebook once the requested repairs to their facility have been made.
