Immediately, Chad's easy way of handling business made me feel that he was going to take care of what needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment at his workshop nearby for the next week. Contacting the repair shop is nearly impossible and when scheduling with safelite the soonest they have to fix their mistake is 14 days later. They want you to wait 14 days for poor work causing a safety issue with your vehicle? I've just switched insurance companies to ensure I never have to deal with safelite again. Anyone forced to use safelite, may the odds be ever in your favor. If you choose safelite, you deserve what you get.
