I dealt with this business back in 2015. The guy who I believe was the owner seemed ok on the phone had a decent cash price so I went with him. He showed up did like he said and it all seemed ok. A couple months later I turn on the heat on my car on a cold day and I watch a horizontal crack form across my new windshield. I wasn't worried he talked about his high level of customer service so I called him and all I got was attitude and told there were no warranties on auto glass and how must have some damage it despite not single chip on the windshield. I was also schooled about all his wonderful years of knowledge and experience. I offered to bring my car down to his shop to show him personally so he could point out exactly where my windshield had been hit by an object...and he told me didn't have time for that i ask him if he had another appointment he said no but he was about to leave for the gym! I could say more things but I won't. I will also will never business again with this individual or company. You make your own decision. read more

Hands down...the most INCREDIBLE customer service I've ever experienced! Chad went above and beyond to repair the passenger window of my car! I called First Choice Autoglass Center at 4:00pm. Chad called his supplier, pulled some strings, and somehow got the glass on a delivery truck about to leave. It arrived at his shop after 10:00pm, he stayed up VERY late replacing the window THAT night (emergency situation) and I picked it up and drove it to work the next morning at 6am!! I'm so very thankful that I stumbled upon First Choice. We will definitely be spreading the word about the friendly, professional, top-notch service we received from them! I can't say enough about First Choice Autoglass Center! Thanks again Chad! You're a lifesaver! read more

Great service, great price, efficient, and friendly. My 2005 minivan rear quarter window shattered. Other glass places could not find a replacement window. I called First Choice on May 17 and they had a replacement window ordered the same day and they were able to get my van in the shop for install on May 19. Very respectful and great attention to detail and true to his word on the quote. They explained everything about the repair. Definitely my 'go to' place now. Thank you so much!!! read more

I was told at multiple large Auto glass companies that they wouldn't install a front windshield in my 2003 Chevy 2500 truck because we needed to deal with the possible rust around the windshield first because the windshield was cracked, and when it rained water would get into the cab of the truck. So we decided to call Chad at FIRST CHOICE AUTO GLASS CENTER in Vicksburg and he was able to get us right in and dealt with the rust and installed the new windshield with no problems. 5 read more
