The technician who completed my windshield installed my windshield wipers wrong and now it's impossible to drive when it snows or rains due to the 16 inches it doesn't cover on the drivers side. Contacting the repair shop is nearly impossible and when scheduling with safelite the soonest they have to fix their mistake is 14 days later. They want you to wait 14 days for poor work causing a safety issue with your vehicle? I've just switched insurance companies to ensure I never have to deal with safelite again. Anyone forced to use safelite, may the odds be ever in your favor. If you choose safelite, you deserve what you get.

Having used the company for a few vehicles when it was Arnies and as Precision on a commercial bar remodel project i decided to stop in while driving past , set up a appointment and even as a cash customer not using insurance the price was reasonable. The day of the install even with the old adhesive providing the tech with some removal problems they had me in and out in 90 minutes while i caught up on some calls and work in the waiting area...highly recommend
