We got a punctured tire oat a rest stop and the dash light went on about 100 miles later. Got to Sturgis late. But, the next morning, got a tow (tire lost about all its air overnight). Th desk guy was quick but unhurried, handled several before he got to me. It took him moments but he didn't seem rushed. They got the car in almost before I sat down, or so it seemed. They gave me an update and then it was done. It took longer t tow it thee ten the whole time we were at Boland's. 10 out of 10. Neve had a better experience at a tire place in 60 years. read more

Started my vacation with a flat tire on the Indiana tollway. After a frustrating 2-hour wait on the side of the crazy highway (due to my car insurance company not being able to locate my car) I called Brett at Boland Tire. Brett immediately said he could help if I could limp back to his shop on my spare tire by 4:00 pm. I made it there by 3:59, and was out the door by 5 pm with 4 new tires(which I told my spouse we needed). Sigh. Great customer service. Thank you Boland tire for salvaging my day. read more

Driving from NJ and we had a tire come apart on I-80, as a woman traveling with my sick sister I was fairly stressed. Luckily an angel showed up in the form of a State Police crime scene investigator, who helped me get to Boland's on a spare. It was 3:30, and they had a waiting room full of customers, but they took care of me too, and elevated my desperation so significantly. I was about 1/4 way through a 600+ mile road trip with my elderly mother and had a tire go out on I-80/90, just south and west in Indiana. Called Boland's and they said they could take me in right away. After driving 10-15 miles on my run flat tire, they found a nail and a large leak. Fixed it up and back on the road in 15 mins. They even checked and filled all my other tires. Didn't even want to charge me!! Very professional and great group of guys. It's comforting to know there are wonderful people out there. I called Boland in need of help with a tire. My mother, my daughter and myself drove to sturgis for a nice dinner and when we headed out to the car we had a dead flat tire. At 6:30 pm everything is closed. We called a family member for a ride back to Three Rivers and called Boland the next morning. The Gent, and I use this term loosely, told me that he could not help me with an emergency service call. That it was Bolands practice to respond to calls pertaining to semi trucks and farm tractors. That they don't help passenger cars and that if they we're able to help it would be $90 an hour labor for starters, that the equipment on his truck was for tractors not passenger cars which could result in damage to my car and that it would be much later in the day if at all because they were very busy. Terrible customer phone service!!! I would not recommend these folks whatsoever!!!! Great start to ruin the what used to be good name BOLAND. read more
