A very nice interior decorated nicely and they had a tv on showing a sports game you could watch while standing in line, that I thought was really nice. I went in and got in line with 3 people in front of me at 12:40 on a Sunday afternoon. It took a few minutes to get through the line and got helped by a friendly young lady who took my order of a Signature Sandwich Meal, upsized my fries and drink and got me some cheddar bites. The signature sandwich was good and the fries were good, but the cheddar bites were not very good. I had some of the cheese curds at Cook-Out the day before nearby here and those were better. I'd get the sandwich and fries again, but I'd skip the cheddar bites and try something else on the menu. While eating, I found I needed some extra sauce and I was able to go up to the front cashier and get it no problem. Plus the manager Jack is certainly not the right person for the title. His personality is all cardboard. I'm only 6 feet behind her. 6 minutes later she turned around and asked if we used the kiosk? No hello, no how are you , nothing. While placing the order, my friend was asking questions about the menu and she seemed to get frustrated with his questions. She even told him while pointing at the menu , all the information is on the menu board. We received our order rather quickly but after a few bites of my sandwich I was not able to continue to eat it since it was so cold. When I returned to let the so called manager know of my situation, she looked at my sandwich and said, well you ate half of it. I told her yes I did try a few bites but I was unable to continue due to the temperature. Without any apology she yelled back in the kitchen, I need a whopper with cheese, make it hot. Another employee gave me the sandwich and to my amazement, the bottom half of the sandwich was too hot from the microwave yet the top half was just as cold as the first and this time the bread was rock hard. We were dining in so I assumed a good manager would at least ask was it better. Nope, I never saw her again. Do better Burger King. I remember when this store was a training store.

However, the margaritas are the absolute best in the area and that includes both places. This is very close to the old town, Winchester walking mall.
