The drive thru at this CFA is poorly laid out and not efficient. There are two lanes that intersect - a lane of cars that are leaving after picking up their order and cars that are waiting to place their order. No one is directing traffic. And if you have never been here before and unintentionally block a lane, you are treated unprofessionally. The polite, respectful customer service that CFA is known for is not found here. I have gone to this Chick-fil-A 4 times in the last month. First trip they gave me regular bun sandwiches in place of my gluten free. Didn't find out till back at the office. Stuff happens. They made good on it. Past two times on small orders they didn't give me my 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets. Two trips in a row!!! Last one was refunded to my credit card when I called. This time was told that refund to card, without the card in hand could only happen if it were the whole order that needed refunding. What's happened to this place??? Done with it. The two stars that I have given is for the staff, always pleasant and efficient and the restaurant is always clean. I have been a regular at this CFA since it opened but the food has gone down hill over the last year or so. Everything is so greasy and the FF are always limp and soggy. I think all that they need to do is cook the chicken and FF a little longer. Salads are mediocre at best but I'll still go for the sweet tea. Other CFA locations that I have been to out of the area, the FF and nuggets are hot and crispy so it's something that this location is doing differently. Doesn't seem to be hurting their business so it probably won't get better until it does. read more

Always super fast, and the staff is always very kind and willing to help if there's a problem with an order (if that ever even happens). They're very family friendly and have places for kids to play while the adults relax. While it can be a bit crazy at busy times they do their best to keep a calm atmosphere. I pulled into the drive through and the boy who took my order was very rude, looked like he was having a bad day which i can understand but still, it was very noticeable. I asked him for lite ice for my fathers drink and when i drove back home, he opened the cup to see it practically fill to the brim with ice. I've waited way too long to write this review but it's due for immediate recognition. I don't know who owns this restaurant but they sure appear to have a gold mine with this one! The associate's that are stationed outside run the service line like a finely tuned Ferrari, you always have a smooth and fast trip through. I have always had my order correctly made with no mistakes, not like every McDonald's in town where you expect something always to be wrong. The service associates at this Chick-fil-A are always friendly and never fail to tell you that it was their pleasure to serve you, not like most other fast food restaurants in this town that make you feel like you were fortunate to be waited on. The ice Chick-fil-A uses is perfect for crunching without fear of breaking a tooth. It is apparent that whoever is in charge of managing this business knows what they are doing. I have very picky kids, and sometimes, I know that our orders sound bizarre, but no one here ever seems to mind all of the adjustments. I ordered a salad with two dressings via the Chick-fil-A mobile app which I understand is processed through DoorDash however received it with only one dressing so the salad was too dry to eat. There's absolutely no way to make a complaint except to contact the restaurant. Currently I'm without a vehicle so I called and the restaurant took zero accountability though they are the ones who bag up the orders which are then received sealed. I was told I'd have to contact DoorDash for a refund or resolution which is wild as I was told DoorDash receives the money for those purchases. Even though DoorDash didn't fail to follow instructions nor forget to put the proper ingredients into the bag, they are supposed to lose the money from the mistake of the restaurant. Fries have tasted like they were cooked in old oil only one time out of the 3 visits I've had since relocating last month.

My boyfriend and I come to this location frequently but tonight we went through the drive-thru and were very disappointed with the service. At the window there were four employees working. We pointed out they got our order wrong when they read it back to us and they quickly fixed it in a huff. We thanked them but did not get the normal "my pleasure" or even a "you're welcome" just a simple nod. We checked our order after we drove away and found it was wrong again. We did not bother to turn around and drive back. In short, service at this location is usually excellent and up to Chik fil A standards; this time it was no better than any other fast food service. read more

We had commenced the trip from PA to FL and the call of nature rang out to 3/4 of the passengers inhabiting our tour mobile so a stop was needed but at 9:45pm in the middle of no man's land VA I was worried about would be open or even available. But, Good 'Ol Christian Chicken strikes again!! Super easy off/on 81 and while the place was dead the staff was friendly enough with our token purchases and the bathrooms/store was as usual CFA clean. They may be Stepfordish-Cultish but it's my kind of cult because CFA as a chain delivers regardless of location. They are the epitome of what fast food/chain food should be! read more

This CFA is not one of the best. I don't understand why they close at 9pm. Very lame. But the other day, I got 5 ice cream cones and was literally sad. They were tiny. It was a cone appropriate for the 2 year old sister. BUT that's not the problem. It's more of the fact that their employees don't know how to make a proper ice cream cone. The cone I had LITERALLY had ice cream JUST on the very top. Because of this, it FELL. MY ICE CREAM FELL ON THE FREAKING FLOOR. Therefore they get a -100/10. This is the best Chick-fil-A in the Winchester area!! They're super fast, friendly, and always get your Order right! This Chic-Fli-A does it right. Food is always fresh!!! I drive all the way across town just to go to this one because the one closest to me does not even compare. Open for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner, so there's something for everyone! Had no choice but to Stop in today, ordered an unsweetened tea, got sweet and a large fruit cup, which was half empty and didn't include ANY strawberries (see photo). The service is what sets it apart: you feel like you're cared for and sometimes they get your food to you before you can make it to your seat. Ok. Everyone has had chick-Fil-a and knows how awesome it is! What i didn't know was how customer oriented they were! Went here last weekend. Figured they closed around 11, pulled up to the drive though at 9:59. They were friendly, took our order, even customized the salad! We got to the window, looked and saw they closed at 10. It was now after 10. We apologized. They said no problem, we got there at 9:59. Most places would either say they were closed or pretend they don't hear you. We were very disappointed! Rarely do we have a problem with Chik Filia anywhere but a few days ago we were very disappointed. We ordered lunch at the drive through. The waffle fries were cold and not edible and the chicken strips were very spicy and we could not eat those either. I would have gone back and complained if I had more time. Always fresh and friendly. It is always packed but they get you through quickly. The restaurant and grounds are always clean.

Went to chick fil a for breakfast before work was in line for over 15 minutes and finally ordered my breakfast then I went to pay and he said "breakfast closes at 10:30 there's no more" So I'm mad and go to the front window and tell them why they let me take my order if breakfast was closed all they said was "it was there mistake breakfast is closed" now I don't have breakfast and I'm late for work for nothing. read more

Today they had someone directing traffic in the rain, and they also had employees standing outside bringing drive-thru orders to cars before they even made it to the window! It's crazy how fast they're able to crank out order, while staying positive!
