Wow, this CFA is STILL the worst location I've ever been too. I told myself I would be done, but apparently I wanted to be let down 1 more time by the pathetically run and managed store. I got my daughter a egg scramble bowl, and as you can see in the picture, there was 1 pathetic bite of egg in there. My guess is that the same manager that horribly ran this location last year has got to be here still......if not, they now have 2 incompetent managers back to back. This place is very busy but so many Chick-fil-A franchises are and this crew handles it very well. With two lanes always open they will still send out order takers to curbside if it gets too backed up just to expedite the process, big kudos for always making it smooth. There's one direct entrance off Poplar Ave but if you come in from the side road or from the strip mall you must circle the building to get in line for the drive thru. Bottom line: They have been 100% on getting my orders right, the place is always spotless, the staff is very polite, professional and friendly and beyond that it's all the Chick-fil-A goodness you expect. read more

You can't go wrong with most CFAs. I've tried this establishment twice (it's closer to where I live) and it's just subpar. Both times I have gotten a market salad and both time there are huge chunks of apple and a few pieces of wilted lettuce. It just seemed off to me. The cleanliness, compared to others I have personally visited , is just lacking. You know how you just get vibes with certain places...this one isn't a good one, in my opinion. It's chick-fil-a as you know it. Food's good, the service is excellent, fast, they're actually friendly, restaurant is clean. Drive thru is amazingly well run. What more could you want? Came around 8am, there wasn't much of a line and it was moving quickly. It's because our sandwiches were old and not even remotely warm.

Worst experience at this chick fil a yet in particular. I went through the drive through. I was not greeted properly. I ordered a 8 nugget and received 6 1/2. My medium fry was half full, and no it's not because they lost their uumph on my drive home. There was no salt on my fries. My nuggets had so much excess breading it was mushy. Very disappointed. Especially knowing how CFA is supposed to run properly, being a former Team Leader.... I'm highly disappointed. Stopped in here to get some food to go for lunch - a couple of different chicken sandwiches, waffles fries, nuggets, and bottled water. It was lunch time - the line for the Drive Thru was very long, so I went inside to order. Food came up fairly quickly. Sandwiches were good - the Waffles fries were crisp, they could have been hotter - but I did have to drive for 10 minutes to get back with the food - so this obviously allowed the waffle fries to cool. While traveling I stopped at this CFA to order breakfast to go at the drive thru. Line was slow as they were only taking orders at the drive up speaker. When I got to the window she asked if I wanted salsa for the burrito and the breakfast bowl - I said yes. Waited a minute for them to finish the order and she handed me 1 bag. I asked for extra napkins, plastic wear, a 2nd empty bag (so I could separate the order back at my hotel). She handed me the bag and I drove off. Back at my hotel I found out: 1. No salsa as requested 2. Had I not asked for a fork & extra napkins I would have been SOL because they didn't include either in the "original" bag. I have it 2 stars because they failed to fulfill the most basic of services (no napkins or fork in the original bag AND no salsa AFTER she asked me and I said yes. Management needs to put more competent and better trained workers at the window. read more

When I travel I never like to eat at places if there are other chain locations at home...and there are no Chick-Fil-A locations anywhere near me at home so it's usually the ONLY chain I stop at while traveling. On my way home from my recent trip to Virginia I stopped at Shenandoah University to watch my daughter's field hockey game and after the game I needed some food before the 4+ hour ride home. A couple of stops past Shenandoah I saw my cue...a big Chick-Fil-A sign. This particular location is only 2 tenths of a mile from the exit on I-81 so it was an easy on and off situation. Since the drive thru was packed I ran inside, ordered, used the restroom, grabbed my food and went back to the car. Chick-fil-A sandwich, fries, And a drink...in and out in three minutes. Fast, friendly, very clean and the greatest fast food sandwich in the country? Yes please!!! read more

This Chickfila is convenient to Target and the Snowden Bridge neighborhood. The indoor play area is kept clean, as are the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and service is quick. This restaurant like most gets very busy at lunchtime, especially the drive through with only a single lane, but they still move things along very efficiently. It is everything a Chickfila should be! We are here at least weekly. Love it. read more

My wife and I went for dinner on Friday night around 5pm. We both ordered a Cobb salad. After not having anything since our bagel breakfast in the morning and driving all day we both finished off our salads. That was our mistake. Around midnight both of us were awakened by severe stomach cramps which turned into diarrhea and later uncontrollable throwing up. Amazing! One of the better Chick Fil-A's I have been too, although they're all pretty yummy. It was a tad busy, but once you navigated through the people, it wasn't bad. Chicken sandwiches were fresh, juicy, and hot. If I could physically eat two, I would've bought another, they were that good! Waffle fries were hot, and not too salty. Sweet Tea was perfect. I used to work for the big box home improvement store in this shopping plaza and had the opportunity to stop in several times. The service is quick and they always say, "It's a pleasure to serve you." That is so refreshing even if it's not naturally someone would do. Good manners always yields great returns, and in this case, returning customers. Due to surgery I can not eat solid foods but I can indulge in their milkshakes and their peppermint during the Christmas Season is quite good, even if machine made. read more

This place is great. My family and I are driving from PA to Phoenix, AZ. We stopped here for lunch to stretch our legs. They brought our food to the table. I went on my lunch today ordered a grilled chicken meal with sweet tea , the lines so long the orders were taken while waiting . I paid for food after waiting about 20 minutes after I returned to office I opened my bag the sandwich was a hot spicy chicken which was not what I ordered and the tea had no ice it was warm. The drive through line always seems to keep moving, which is amazing even when I'm the jerk ordering $50 worth of stuff, with milkshakes to boot. Eating in is always pleasant, there have only been 2 times, where it looked like every seat was taken, by the time I got my food, there was friendly staff helping bus the tables, and found my family a table. I love this location !! They have the greatest staff I have ever come across for a fast food place . My family comes here occasionally on weekends . We come one night and evidently they had some issues going on and a few cars were backed up and waiting , we end up waiting about 8-10 minutes . So today I went to Chick-Fil-A. I got 12 grilled nuggets with fries and OJ. The grilled were tasty, especially with the seasoning. The fries were hands-down the best thing.
