supposed to be a steak bowl with white rice, sour cream, and cheese, tomatoes and corn but it only has the rice and sour cream and cheese.

I would leave zero stars if I could but this is absolutely ridiculous this has happened the past 2 ish times and I always tip good. When i'm in there they always fill it up but somehow every time if I do an online order it ALWAYS has a little in there. I am done ordering from here and i suggest nobody does either. I spend my hard earned money on $20 food for it to not even be filled. I will be going to corporate and hopefully they can fix this and do better. This is bs.

Chrissy was extremely unpleasant at the drive thru. She claimed to hold the highest position when I asked to speak with a manager. I returned after opening my order to my bowl being extremely small in portion and my bowl not being even half full. She rolled her eyes and stated " well if you want your money back call corporate ".

This is an undercooked chip that I was able to fold a few times.

We were hoping that since this is a new location with a fresh staff of employees that the food service would have been better, but unfortunately that was not the case. We came during the dinner rush, so some wait time is to be expected, but most employees seemed annoyed or in bad spirits and exemplified this in their work and when interacting with customers. The chips were soggy and you could tell that the oil used to fry them hadn't been replaced in quite a while. They ran out of carne asada and chicken while we were there. Because they were getting low on rice as well, the line employee was using much less for each customer. My bowl tasted okay but the line employee really scraped the bottom of the dish for what little chicken was left and didn't bother asking if that was enough. I kept my mouth shut since she did not look to be enjoying her job. Another non-line employee came up to clean her hands and grab some disposable gloves before we started ordering. I gave her a polite smile as she looked forward at me and was given a stone-faced expression in return (i knew she wasn't there to help on the line, but it doesn't cost you anything to be polite in kind). These jobs aren't exactly a picnic, but at least put forth enough effort to where you'd personally be fine with eating the food you give to a customer. Needless to say, I don't think we'll be returning to this or any other Chipotle in the area for quite some time.

Hell of a job guys. Great value.

Long wait time, horrible customer service. This location needs new management and more employees.

My friend who grew up in Northern VA raves about HawaU as his favorite Hawaiian spot. To be fair,…read morethere aren't many options, so there's not really any competition. I added this casual spot to my list a couple months ago, but didn't have concrete plans to check it out. Driving to Manassas and back on I-66 from where I live would cost half of my brain cells and all my patience. However, a few friends and I drove out to Shenandoah this past Friday evening, and I made a convincing argument that HawaU would be on the way. By the time we arrived, we were all incredibly hungry and ready to wolf down anything edible. The ordering process was easy: we ordered and paid at the counter, grabbed a seat at one of the few tables, and waited ~10-15 minutes for the food (parts of it are made to order). LOCO MOCO (BOWL) - 9.99 The chipotle-sized bowl was topped with loco moco: white rice base topped with hamburger patty, fried egg, grilled pineapple slice, and a generous pour of beef & mushroom gravy, plus sides of fresh cabbage salad and mac salad. The gravy nostalgically reminded me of the ones I'd get from cafeteria-style school lunches -- thick, salty, slightly starchy, yet oddly comforting. The egg, hamburger patty, and rice were pretty standard, but the familiarity of the gravy tied the whole dish together nicely. Both salads were good -- the cabbage was more light and refreshing, while the mac salad felt a bit heavy after all the loco moco. Since it's my first time eating loco moco, I can't say how it compares to others. However, I found HawaU's incredibly comforting and hearty. It really hit the spot for me, and I ate the whole bowl within 10 minutes. The loco moco is definitely their signature option and a must try. My friends who got the spicy pork bowl and udon thought both were just OK and not special.
