Went for our 13th wedding anniversary and it was a fantastic experience. We had never tried it, my…read morehusband made the reservation. Going in blind- The environment is cozy, adorable- but elegant (storybook esc), and (depending on who you're with) romantic or chill The background music is really nice too. We got manhattans and the chicken skins to start. Best manhattan I've had in the area (people tend to over do the vermouth other places) Our waiter said they do fried chicken better than anyone else and after our starter I'd say they're correct. The fried chicken skins were amazing. My husband got the brisket and I had the salmon. The dish was incredibly unique and every flavor complimented the other. I never order salmon cause it tends to be a bit boring but this was a unique and incredibly well balanced dish. Id honestly eat that every day The staff were incredibly friendly and our waiter even mentioned how much she loves working there. Leadership seems chill, the food is genuinely good, and it seems like a really lovely working environment so to me- while the food being amazing is a plus- the people working there loving what they do makes it better. 10/10 for us

I didn't get any pictures but the crispy fried chicken skins and biscuits were an incredible start! I loved the app so much, I had to try the fried chicken and it was the best I've had in years! Juicy and crispy. My husband ordered the special, oysters and he had finished them before I even got a chance to look at them. The service was friendly and professional, the atmosphere was comfy and clean, and the food was tasty and prompt. What else could you need from a restaurant?

They had cool fans running everywhere. It was not too bad. Service was great. Such friendly people. Wings are really good. I was worried that we won't finish it but it was a clean plate at the end. Juicy and good seasoning. My burger came with toasts(?). caramelized onions complemented well with the patty. Patty itself was not bad. Flavorful. It's a popular spot among locals.

Garlic parmesan and spicy carribean jerk didn't have much taste like their names We came here to grab dinner on Friday evening. It was somewhat busy but we got a table right away. The interior was pretty nice, had a giant bar at the back side and also a separate space with one billiard board and couple of shuffle boards. There were TVs all around playing the World Cup game. The AC was broken, so they had some air blowers pumping air. They were really a burger place with the menu having 50 different types of burgers. They had chili, salad and wings too. I ordered the 10 jumbo wings, which were roasted style with moist soft meat inside. I got the garlic parmesan and spicy Caribbean jerk sauces on the side, but none of tasted like their names. I really liked the Rueben burger. But the side of coleslaw was somewhat busy disappointing, was straight up lifeless cabbage thrown in a bowl, had no cream whatsoever. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that's how it was and nothing she could do about it. The truffle fries were much better quality side. The staff members all around were friendly. They all were suffering from the AC blowout too. The dishes came out in short intervals despite the place being busy. Overall it seemed to be a solid place to hangout and have burger and fries.

What started as a frustrating experience turned into a wonderful example of exceptional customer…read moreservice! Our party of 13 arrived to discover that our reservation had not been communicated by the events planner, leaving the staff completely unaware of our group. Chef Tyler and Sous Chef Brandon truly saved the day! They stepped up, pulled everything together, and handled the situation with professionalism, grace, and smiles throughout. Our server was equally amazing! She single-handedly cared for all 13 of us, making multiple trips up three flights of stairs carrying trays, all while maintaining a fantastic attitude. Kudos to Union Jack's leadership for hiring such dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely wonderful people! While the reservation oversight was disappointing, the staff's exceptional service deserves recognition. They turned a challenging situation into a memorable experience!

After reading the reviews I selected this pub after checking out the walking area in this quaint village I was offered a table in a quieter area or the bar and immediately found a seat at the bar. Selected a delicious stout to begin while glancing at the menu. I opted for the Shepards Pie since my last one happened to be when I was last in London. Service was awesome and my plate arrived quickly. This place was full but not overly noisy! I loved the pairing of the stout with the meal. Delicious pie and was not rushed to make room at the bar! Happy to have visited !!
