Well, I hate to start off so basic but ... It's a Subway! This particular Subway has always been very clean everytime I've visited, and the employees are generally very friendly and helpful. The 'FUSE" tea they offer is tasty, but the sweet tea is waaaaaaaay too sweet. Cookies have been overcooked sometimes, but the bread is always fresh. As a side note, this Subway is one of very FEW who give/take Subway stamps redeemable towards a free 6" or 12" sub; however, they now require you purchase a drink if redeeming a 6" sub, or a drink/chips if redeeming a 12" sub. read more

I'll start off by saying, I love Subway. Ever since I was a kid, it has been my favorite. I've been to many locations throughout the 5 states I've lived in and the many other locations from my deployments with the Navy. This is the second time I've been to this Subway and both were disappointing. The picture attached was an order placed online to have onion, extra spinach and extra tomato.. that is what I received. The other experience was equally as bad. I guess on the bright side, my order was finished exactly at the estimated time... I'm not sure if the owner is cutting costs to increase profit margins or if they simply aren't able to keep enough inventory of the food to provide what they are supposed to be providing, but this is the worst Subway I have ever been to in the U.S... or anywhere in the world for that matter. We ordered 3 subs through the mobile app and left a tip. We got the subs home and there was only a limited amount of meat and toppings on the subs. We called 4 times and no one picked up. We live 30 minutes away so it was not worth driving back. We called today and the person that picked up said that no one else complained so she will not provide replacements or refund our money. The woman working there is really nasty. The only thing she seems to hate more than her job is the customers. Literally yelled and cursed at customers. This is the third time I went to this location in about a year all three times I kept saying I wasn't going back. This will be my last time. Young lady waited on me, was not pleasant. The sandwiches were not even average and I love subway I just don't love this location. I ordered a 6 inch turkey, bacon, avocado mozzarella sub. When I got home I realized there were only two pieces of turkey on it. I called the number to for the store from the receipt that claimed they would "make it right." They hung up on me when I complained and then proceeded to not answer the phone. When I drove back to the store, the employee called me a liar. She said she always puts four pieces of meat each sub, and that I was lying about only having two pieces. A second employee came out of the back to verify that they never make mistakes and that indeed I was lying. I even showed her a picture of the sandwich, attached here. Service here is always awful. They add little to nothing on the subs. I constantly have to ask for more of everything because they give you the slightest sprinkle of what you asked for if not. Believe the reviews regarding the customer experience and the girl that works here. She was barely putting any toppings on the sandwich and when I asked for an additional slice of cucumber told me they had a two slice limit... really. Though I do not leave online reviews very often, I thought I would leave one here about this Subway location to warn others so they don't waste their time or money either. On 3/7/24, I ordered two subs online for pickup, one with double cheese and double meat. When I arrived at the location, they were still making the 2nd sub and I noticed that they hardly put any meat or cheese on the sub at all let alone double. I said to the guy making my sub that I paid for double meat and cheese to which his reply was just a smirk on his face. I had my wife and a crying 3 year-old in the car so I didn't have time to argue. As far as the veggie toppings, my wife did not get the cucumbers or pickles she ordered on her sub and the tomato topping consisted of ONE very thinly sliced piece on each side of the footlong. My wife had also ordered cheese on her sub to where there was one small triangle of cheese on each side. I know many restaurants have been reducing food portions due to inflation but this was ridiculous. We paid $24 for essentially two pieces of bread. I absolutely will never order from this location again until I know its under new management/ownership and as its apparent that this is a common theme for this location, I would advise others to avoid ordering here as well unless they're ok with paying $24 or more for two pieces of bread. read more
