if I can give this place 10 stars I would, the patience and kindness from the ENTIRE staff even when there's human error is such a breath of fresh air. Theres a rockstar there with the pretty nails that's on top of it and the front men were very calm in the face of mistakes and took charge and was resilient while trying to train someone. Thank you again to the whole staff we enjoyed or dinner read more

Placed a mobile order online thru the mobile app with ease. Then stopped by for pick up. There was quite a crowd growing for lunch time orders. But the young guys working were efficient and very pleasant. One employee was cleaning off tables, the business was well maintained. Great service, meal, and overall experience ! read more

Everyone who works their is a kid and James is a idiot. The food is badly made bc they're always training new people and they always mess up order bc they're not focused and always talkin. They also allowed James who's 18yr old to become MANAGER where he manages kids his age but in reality all he does is slack read more

The "Original Italian Cold Cut" which had the worst roll I've ever had anywhere. It was had and I could barely eat it. I should get a refund . read more

This mikes USE TO be great and had great customer service but my last couple experiences make me want to avoid this place. If not for the subpar sandwich making or the teenanger tude every time lately. Someone needs to inform the string bean brunette teen boy that it cost zero$$ to be kind.-opinion not based on just one encounter. I miss the MGK looking guy or the one that looked like he could be Newman's son. They were always pleasant and my subs came out great. I live Jersey Mike's and have never had issues other locations. read more

My first time to any of chain, the guys were great ! Friendly, Helpful and kind and very respectful!!! I am not easy to please ... and I have craved a rare roast beef sub, I called and asked... they said medium rare, I stopped in and they were kind enough to allow me taste a sample !!! Where else does that ? I ordered a Giant sub !!!! It was perfect, considering I have tried others since moving back from Florida, missing my Publix subs greatly and not able to find anything close, this surpassed any of my expectations. To the MGR, what ever you are doing please do not stop, you have a great crew !!! Thank you all ! read more

I usually don't like sandwich shop chains stores but this one isn't bad. The only reason I went here today was my granddaughter likes it. The food is decent and bit pricey though. The staff were friendly and professional. The biggest negative I have is how messy they kept the cutting board. I hate mayonnaise and lettuce and the staff making the sandwiches never clear the cutting board or wiped off the knife so a little of the mixture from other sandwiches was mixed into my sandwich. Made me sick to the point I couldn't eat it. All they need to do to get a five star is clean the knife and cutting board between sandwiches. I'm too picky I know. read more

UPDATE: Still enjoy this place but definitely don't recommend the Chicken Parm--had this afternoon for lunch and was very disappointed. It tasted like a luke-warm frozen chicken cutlet microwaved, and then had marina sauce dumped on it with cheese. Will still come here given there other hot subs are delicious, just staying clear of the Chicken Parm. Good sandwich and great location. Staff is very friendly and attentive to customer wants and needs. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for a sub. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - The Chicken Parm - Sandwiches Near Me - Charles Town, West Virginia

Tried to come in prior to their 9pm closing time and was refused service. They were "already locking up".

I had a large order (26) regular lunch boxes and they más the transition super easy and everyone's order was 100% correct. Customer service was excellent! They brought the order to my car and everything. I highly recommend this place!! Whenever I am in town I will come and eat here anytime! Flexible, clean, friendly, customer-oriented... go eat there! :) read more

I highly recommend the subs at Jersey Mike I have tried most of their cold subs and have never been disappointed. I finally tried their steak and cheese. I got it to go I only live less than 5 minutes from there. I always get my subs to go. I was disappointed when I got home and opened. It up and the bottom part of the several was soggy. The flavor was there. But I would recommend that you eat it there and not take it home. read more

We love the chicken cheese and steak and cheese subs from this location. They never skimp on meat. We've eaten here several times always eith great service and food. If you want a good sub, check them out. Sometimes we get the latest sub and just split it read more

Was famished and wanted something simple and filling. A turkey and provolone sub from here did the trick. No photo to share because it didn't last long enough. I don't think we have any of these chains in my hometown of Buffalo, NY. Love the freshly sliced meat and cheese with equally fresh produce. I'm picky on my sub oil and it was yummy too. I'd definitely try another sub from here. read more

good subs and easy to get to location!!great staff and only had a mistake once and they promptly took care of it!!

Not great subs for the price. And why do I have to order extra meat in steak subs. $20 for a footlong sub is absurd. Check out kings instead. You don't need to request extra anything with kings. Good value for the money. Andy's pizza isn't bad either. read more

This place was OK, but not sure what the hype IS all about. I compare it to a School Lunch room sub. Bread is also key, and they have not mastered a good bread... it tastes like something Walmart baked up AT THE BAKERY! read more

Their subs are some of the best that I've had in a long time and I can't wait for the Frederick location to open up. There are two things that I think sets them apart from other sub places: 1. the meat is fresh sliced when you order and there's a lot of it and 2. the bread is fresh baked and actually tastes like it; you can smell how fresh the bread is before you even get it up to your mouth. The only thing that would make this one of the best subs that I've ever eaten would be if the bread was toasted or, better yet, grilled. I'll see if they'll do it for me the next time I go. read more

I love Jersey Mikes and have been to this one several times, but today was my last. First I want to say the employees were friendly and nice so no problem there. But the quality of food was horrible. When I got home to eat I took one bite and spit it out, something was sour/bad on it. So no sandwich for me today and a waste of $12. read more

Pricy, no toasting, "cold" store. Reminds me of New England grinders. A nice roll, with good cold cuts and standard veggies, topped with vinegar and oil. Picture half a small supermarket freshly-baked italian loaf, topped with meats and cheese from the deli, throw on some lettuce and tomato, then sprinkle with vinegar & oil. No option to toast, which increases flavors of some meat 100%. Add a fountain soda. Comes to $9. Gas "super" station has about the same for $6. You decide. Very sterile, "cold" feeling environment. Friendly staff. Was looking for an outstanding (or cheap) sub place, this wasn't either. read more

This franchise keeps its standards at the highest threshold. It is the greatest Jersey Mike's I've been to, which is only a few total, but this one has not degraded over time like one specific newer one in my area. The difference between this Jersey Mike's and my local one is astounding now. Staff is friendly and welcoming, more reserved than other locations and not annoying or corny. read more

Best sub shop around. Always consistent, always great. Staff is fast and friendly. Always a pleasant experience when I come here. Would definitely recommend to all. read more

I WILL NEVER EAT SUBWAY AGAIN. This place never disappoints. The employees are always so nice. The manager Matt is always talking with customers and making them feel welcomed. The 2 little blonde girls are my fav. Always a plus to walk in and they already know exactly what I want!! read more

Awesome service in this crazy new world. We placed an order on the app and it apparently never went thru. The manager I believe, was awesome. As busy as they were, eventually made our food himself and then gave us a discount for the mistake. We will be supporting them more in the future, as the service and food were great! read more

Great place for a fantastic sub. I've been eating here since it opened. Always fresh and tasty ... but recently I've noticed they have been putting less meat and cheese in the subs. Inflation taking a toll ?? read more

Great food quick service. We frequent here very often and are never let down. It does cost more than going to subway but the difference in quality is apparent. Two subs we love be the most is the club and the Philly cheese steak. This is the best sandwich shop we have in town by far! read more

Always a satisfying lunch experience at this store. Rolls are soft and fresh, and freshly sliced meat and toppings. I'm happy to be a regular! read more

Jersey Mikes is a great place to get a cold or hot sub! The staff is friendly and tries to remember what subs you get when you come in there. Definitely recommend the Philly Cheese Steak or the Club Sub. They are attentive to what the customer wants and needs. This place beats subway by far. Fresh sliced meat and fresh toppings. 10/10 recommend read more

I have to agree with Tony B on this one for the most part. Its subs are definitely the best in town. The staff is very friendly, helpful and patient (for new customers, the decision process may take awhile given so many great options). They are large subs, a regular will fill you up. Giant size will last two meals for most people! My only disagreement with Tony is on price. I think Jersey Mike's is an expensive place to eat especially for a family. If you're going to pick up just 4 regular subs, then you're talking around $25, which isn't too bad. Add drinks, chips if you want, and maybe someone goes giant size instead of regular and you're getting close to what you might pay for a meal at Applebees perhaps. Great place and great food. Give Mike's a try! read more

Very disappointing! Overpriced subs with very little meat and toppings, not impressed at all!! Next time the family wants subs will def be sticking to firehouse or jimmy johns. Not to mention the ladies who work this charles town store were neither friendly nor helpful. read more

Quick service, Good subs with a lot of substance, would be nice if you could toast bread! Slightly over priced in my opinion but overall very good! I go there about once a month. read more

Worst place ever. I detest this restaurant. Overpriced, poor customer service, and they won't even heat up a cold sandwich. I'll take a Sheetz MTO Sub any and every day over this garbage! read more

Very Very Poor Customer Service!! This is not the only restaurant in Charles Town, WV that shows poor customer service. I called in an order to be picked up but had to call 2 minutes later to ask to hold off on it because it was going to be awhile before it could be picked up. The girl on the other end says well " We just started it". It could have been stopped at that point and I asked her to wait but she didn't offer to and thought I was going buy cold food. I hung up disappointed that I would have to eat cold food. So the more I thought about it the more upset I became and I ended up calling and cancelling. She had the nerve to say next time tell us so we can stop the order and wait until your ready. Hello............isn't that what I tried to do and you didn't comply with my request. A good restaurant would have said sure no problem. If you had just put the steak on you could have taken it off and waited until I called. It doesn't seem like a big deal to me. The girl sounded very young and inexperienced and tried to present herself as a manager. I will be contacting the real manager. I work in a customer service role and I would not treat the customers like that because many will not come back. For the food industry out there-the person on the phone is the first point of contact and it should be pleasant for the customer. I didn't even make it to the food part to write about that. read more
