I'm visiting my grandmother for a few days and she said I couldn't leave without stopping by this bakery. She was ranting and raving about all of the food and treats they have so we had to add this to our visit list. This is such a cute place! I love the wall art on the side of the building and the outside seating out front. The pictures don't even do this place justice. Everything on display looked so good I wish I could've ordered one of everything. The staff were so kind, helpful and patient with us. I couldn't decide on what I wanted so I asked for recommendations and they were great choices. I got an everything bagel with old bay cream cheese. I'd never seen that flavor anywhere and had to try it. I also wanted a slice of cake and was recommended to get a cake with a fruit flavor so I got cherry cream dream. Even though it's a bit of drive this is my favorite bagel place. Lots of choices of bagels and spreads. I love that they have a regular AND an egg everything bagel. The cream cheese spreads are tasty and full of pieces of whatever type it is. Big props for having a delicious jalapeño cheddar bagel. The spicy cream cheese is actually spicy . Finally made it to the new location. It looks amazing inside. It was packed (which is not surprising) but they have a great system that keeps the line flowing smoothly. The food is delicious - again, not surprising. I'm so glad they moved into the new location because now they're closer to my house. Terrible experience , no sign informing people they couldn't do hot lattes, out of flavors they show as available (multiple flavors). Received drinks after 3 people behind me received similar drinks. staff didn't seem like they knew what they had available and what was going on. Stopped by this morning around 8am and it was empty. Didn't have to wait in a line and was helped quickly! The young guy that took my order was friendly, the one who rung me up less so. I tried their seasonal drink, the pumpkin chai tea latte. The beverage was delicious and got me in fall spirits! I also grabbed three pastries. The strawberry cheese turnover was pretty tasty. Saving the crumb cake for a treat later. For my four items it was $30. It's a good treat every once in a while, but i find their prices to be a tad steep. read more

I am creating this review with trepidation as the food at this place is great. I have visited 3 times this week alone. But today I purchased four cannoli's and two pieces of cake that I watched jammed into an undersized container and was handed the results with a chuckle and grin "I kinda squished these". Really indifferent service from a place I had grown to enjoy and go out of my way to patronize. Upon arrival, there is an abundance of space for parking even though it was packed. The inside is very spacious and i love the decor and design. It's definitely a lot warmer inside the restaurant than expected so we opt to sit outside which is nice they have seating out front. It is kid friendly and stroller friendly. The staff is very friendly, acknowledges you right away. They recommend the Ruben sandwich, it was delicious! My daughter got the turkey, provolone and bacon on a plan bagel toasted and she really enjoyed that. The ratio is good! We also got a slice of vanilla cake and chocolate. Yay! They now have decaffeinated coffee and tea! I was there once before when they didn't but it had to do with the distributor and not having access to the coffee beans. I can't totally explain it but it got fixed! And today, I also got peppermint flavoring in my coffee and didn't have to even put in cream or a sweetener! Very tasty coffee! I also ordered a whitefish salad platter with tomatoes and an everything bagel. They also provide onions but I didn't want any. Such a tasty platter! My friend ordered a Ruben and loved it! She said it had just the right balance of everything, and also bought a slice of chocolate cake that was scrumptious! I've had that before as well! The place was very clean. Staff made sure to wipe the tables after each party used them. I also appreciated being served my food because I use a cane to be more mobile. As soon as I went in, I was greeted with friendliness! The bakery smells delicious and I found what I was looking for. I had been craving a breakfast sandwich for days and was able to order it past normal breakfast hours which made me very happy. The only thing I can say that I was sad about was not being able to find a bigger cookie selection (chocolate chip/cinnamon raisin) or cinnamon rolls but all bakers have different loves and they just might not have those which is fine. I got an apple fritter which was yummy! My sandwich was fantastic...My tea tasted a little bit like coffee.. I assume brewed in the same machine but it still was delicious. While the sandwich was outstanding and the tater salad and cookies good, the excessive flies everywhere landing on the bagels were distracting and gross. Why does this place leave their doors open? Also --- there were bees inside the pastry case landing on the pastries. Went there with an immune compromised person and he refused to eat anything. Also - the person taking my order doesn't know the difference between types of lettuce. I was trying to avoid iceberg and asked what kind of lettuce came on the sandwich and she said, "just regular lettuce." The food was unbelievable! My boyfriend and I both got the bacon egg and cheese on a jalepeno cheddar bagel and the bagel was so light and fluffy, yet crispy on the outside. I am from New York and this sandwich was definitely comparable to what you can get at some delis in Manhattan. The treats looked great so after I ate, I went back inside for a raspberry croissant treat (not sure of the exact names). They gave it to me and it was warm in the bag so I had to dig in before even getting home and let me tell you - it was to DIE FOR!! Super flavorful with crispy outside and soft inside and not overly sweet. The only thing I think this place can improve on is the logistics - when I got the the cashier, my person had disappeared and it seemed like all of the staff was trying to do everything instead of sticking to each of their responsibilities. This place is amazing! The power was out today so the CC machine was down but their level of service was amazing! The food was great and the place itself was so nice. Today.\n Was the first time I went to their new location i got the craps pastrami coleslaw. On marble Rye. Ask for my coleslaw on the side in a cup. So my bottom piece of bread would not get soggy.
