The food was very good I had a chicken sandwich and some fries, the fries were crunchy and oily which might've been the best fries I've ever had a chick fil a. The service was quick, nice, easy and enjoyable. But I don't know what it was but there was a rubbery like mold that looks like it was used for a machine, this was in the bag with my food????? Never have had an issue with this location- the only drawback I would say is from the hours of 11:45am-2pm, and 4:30pm-6:15pm- expect a wait and a drive they thar circles the building twice. Is it their fault they are the hot commodity and there is a high demand for their food? No. Just saying expect a wait. The franchise owner is a very nice guy, participated in local events, hosts car washes and spirit nights, and is known to give free meals or items to customers in the store. As far as the food there have been times when the quality of the food (size of chicken on sandwich, size of nuggets) has been on the small side and made me wonder- but overall this place is very good and I appreciate everything about it. Greatest fast food experience ever! Came with a bus full of hungry wrestlers, here's what they had to say: "She asked if I want whipped cream. My family and I stopped here while traveling and it was a pleasant experience! The workers were nice, bathrooms were clean, and the food came quickly. Chick-fil-a is one of the best fast-food restaurants in US. Add fast & courteous service and friendly staff to it and the experience become even better. I was there to do some work for a couple of hours while I waited for a meeting time-slot in the area and the staff guided me to the seating spots where the electrical receptacles were. This is a nice location for a CFA. We stopped on our trek from New England through to West Virginia. We found this CFA to be neat and clean and the staff were really friendly as we've come to expect from CFA. The food was served very quickly and was hot and tasty. The best part was the children's play place, with a 3ry old we always have to spend time at the indoor play area. And the area they put in at this location is far out compared to the usual CFAs. Instead of the usual suspended race car/airplane it was a tree house. My daughter got a few minutes to stretch her legs before we completed our trip and she already wants us to go back to WV just to stop there again. read more

While the food is usually good, they offer macaroni and cheese, but seem to stop making it an hour before they close. Why have it on the menu if it's not going to be available. Makes you think twice about stopping. Especially since it takes so long in the drive thru. read more

We have never had a bad Chick-Fil-A experience except for this location. We stopped in on Memorial Day around 2pm after driving for several hours. Both kids needed to use the restroom. My husband and son waited outside of the men's restroom as a staff member was replacing the paper towels. After several minutes, my husband asked if our little boy could use the stall. It's understandable that he could not wait as an adult may be able to. She told him no and would be out in a few minutes. They waited another couple of minutes while she did who knows what as it should never take that long to switch out paper towels. He politely asked again. Her tone was worse this time. She said she would be a few minutes, but then exited the bathroom. At this point, I had opened the women's restroom door and was trying to exit. She was standing there, said excuse me and proceeded to squeeze past me in the doorway. If she had waited five seconds, we would have exited and given her plenty of room. Plus, there were other people in there. It was already quite tight. While squeezing past me, she bumped me into the door. It wasn't a big deal, but extremely rude. The people sitting in the area noticed and someone commented. Even my kids asked what her problem was. Everyone has bad days. But, I've never experienced this type of behavior at Chick-Fil-A before. Everything else was great. But, this employee needs and attitude adjustment. read more

I really use to love Chick-Fila-A, but to spend 40$ for my family to eat each time which isn't cheap the fries have been COLD the last three times I've been there.. My husband and I love Chick-fil-A, we are always happy with our order, as it turns out our 14yr old dog GiGi loves the chicken as well, and it has possibly saved her life. GiGi hadn't eaten in 7 days, despite all offers of a variety of foods she wasn't interested. GiGi loves pizza crust but that wasn't appealing to her. She is exhibiting signs of the end and has been having a great deal of difficulty getting on her feet, losing her balance, and falling over to her side while trying to stand, we figured her time was coming to and end. We had made the decision that it was time for her suffering to end so before her appointment my husband and I were eating our favorite Chick-fil- A sandwich when GiGi looked up at my husband as if to say "I would like some". Needless to say she ate the chicken, in fact he gave her half of the chicken on his sandwich which is quite a sacrifice for him! We decided we would cancel GiGi's appt. and try to give her more time. I'm not saying that she will make a full recovery or that her time isn't near, however, if the chicken from chick-fil-a will keep her happy for a little longer then that's what she will get. Today was the second time that I drove through to order food where they gave me the wrong item. This is annoying when you pay over 7 bucks for something that is not correct and one doesn't know what they got until they get on the road and open up their closed box to see that it isn't what they ordered. I ordered chicken strips and instead got a box of crumbly nuggets that looked like the bottom of the barrel. Horrible, dried up dregs. TWICE , this has happened at this location. I thought I would give them another chance after the first time but now I probably will never go back. I don't understand what the big deal is with this place. Lemonade cup was filled to the top with ice and had hardly any liquid in it. On a positive note, the 2 young people waiting outside to take my order were nice but not necessary at 7 pm on a Wed... I've been to this chic-fil-a countless times and have always ordered the same thing, # 5 12 count with large fries and a sweet tea and it's always awesome. But for a change I decided to get a market salad, it was so so with a decent amount of the lettuce being really brown. Then when I thought it couldn't get any worse I found two moths in the middle of my salad, so after that I was pretty much done. I don't mind paying a little more for a salad by I at least want it to be kinda fresh. Positive note they did refund me my money but the way that salad looked there was no way it should have been served. 10/23/15 I think I'll stick with the nuggets from here on out. read more
