Two stars for convenient location right off main road only. The Taco Bell s under construction, and we had already had McDonald's recently, so Wendy's it is! No line at the drive thru window, but our order was incorrect: asked for extra cheese ($0.40 extra), extra bacon ($0.99 extra), and no tomato; received no extra cheese, no extra bacon and a slice of tomato! The pickup window person, Lisa, didn't offer any sauces for the nuggets we ordered (in fact, she entered "no sauce" as shown on the receipt). Had to go inside. Inside, the cashier said "the only difference between what you got and what you ordered is extra cheese missing, extra bacon missing, and tomato"---which was literally the three modifications made. They remade it correctly after some grumbling. The rest of the food was good. The nuggets were hot. The strawberry lemonade was sweet & delish. The fries were hot but nowhere near McDonalds-amazing fries. Try the Roy Rogers across the street or the McDonalds. read more

Among the best locations for drive thru service. I was fifth in line and on my way back to the hotel in just over four minutes. For a menu made to order, that's impressive. Food was hot and Good. A double Baconator and a jr bacon cheeseburger. Sadly, the latter had more bacon than the big burger. When dining solo on business travel in WMD, this drive thru is the best. Recommend. read more

I went to this Wendy's a couple years ago when I was in Cumberland for a train ride and winery visit. There was a guy inside talking at the top of his lungs to two people sitting at a table. He must have knew them from around the neighborhood. They asked how he was doing and he said "Ya know I'm GOOD. STILL BELIVIN IN THE LORD." "HAD A GIRL. SHE STOPPED TALKIN TO ME. SHE AINT INTERESTED. BUT IM STILL BELIVIN IN THE LORD.". This town is small and has some issues. But the Wendy's is definitely the most entertaining thing in town. 10/10 would dine in again. read more

Best Wendy's drive thru experience! Order was quick, HOT, and accurate. The workers were very nice and polite.

Twice I made simple orders on Doordash and twice the staff here filed to fill them properly. Each time it was two baked potatoes with butter and sour cream. Each time I got two plain potatoes. The first one I let go, accidents happen, although the store was not busy, I let it go. Next time after the sealed bag was received I called to politely complain. Whoever answered the phone hung up five separate times when the word "complaint" was calmly spoken. They simply do not care - they take the money then effff the customer. Extremely disappointed that no one in authority was taking calls to help customers. Really a pathetic situation. I think I need to go up the corporate ladder with this. read more

Very poor experience. The yound lady that took my order had a horrible attitude. She rolled her eyes at several customers requests and acted like she couldnt hear most of the names given for the orders. The manager/shift leader was doing several different jobs without changing her gloves. I watched her assist customers, prepare food, and wipe her bare glove across the front counter. I was worried about what else I didnt see her doing with those same gloves. Finally, the restaurant's dining room ceiling was leaking rain water in several locations, but there were no wet floor signs or blocked off tables. Several customers brought attention to the issue and nothing was done by the manager. I do NOT recommend this Wendys. read more

Quick freshly cooked and a wonderfully sweet counter girl; the highlight of my 12-hour car trip.

The management is poorly run. Even if it is fast food you should take pride in having your job. Nobody that works at this location looks like they enjoy working for the company. If I was the manager and saw my workers acting the way these workers do I would hire someone else who actually wants to be there. It's dirty inside. My food had the wrong toppings. There was no salt on my fries. I went up and told the front workers the problems and said there is no need to remake my food because I don't want the old to go to waste. They did not respond with a "Sorry" or anytime of response. The young man who made the food actually looked disgusted at me. I have worked in fast food and do not like to waste food so I ate my meal, but when I go to help and correct to have workers look at me the way they did was irresponsible. I love Wendy's but this one needs major help. read more

This Wendy's is better if you go inside to eat. The tastes are what you expect and you get exactly what you order. Our daughter loves playing with the cool drink machine. Mix and match flavors to create a ton of different combinations. If you go through the drive-thru, beware! You should check that your order is correct before you drive away. Drive-thru mistakes happen frequently at this location. read more
